Revealing mistake: In at least one scene at the Bada Bing, the neon sign reading "Satin Dolls" can be seen reflected in the mirrors. Satin Dolls is the name of the real strip bar where the Bada Bing scenes are filmed.
Revealing mistake: When Tony runs with the car against the guy, he wears a protective pad under the pants in the area where Tony punches him. (00:10:54)
Revealing mistake: When Tony collapses in his back garden, and the barbecue grill explodes, some coals (supposedly thrown into the air by the explosion) land next to Tony's body. Watch this moment closely however and you can see that the coals come into shot from left of the screen and not above from the air as they should. Revealing mistake: Closing scene. Tony and his son are in the kitchen making ice cream sundaes. The second time Tony holds the can of whipping cream over the boy's mouth, the kid actor looks off camera for direction.

Revealing mistake: When Tony buys the orange juice off the street vendor (just before he is attacked by the hitmen) you can see the magazines on the vendor's stand being blown around by the "heavy winds" that are present throughout the episode. However, if you look behind Tony, you can see the scenery is almost completely still. The "wind" is coming from just off camera. (00:27:17)

Revealing mistake: When Artie visits Livia at the hospital there is a close-up of the newspaper that Livia is reading and it is obviously fake. Revealing mistake: A different horse is used for close-ups and race shots; you can tell by looking at the white patch on Pie-O-My's head, which is much bigger in the close-ups.

Revealing mistake: Christopher is high from shooting heroin and sits on Adriana's dog and kills it. She comes home and calls for the dog and sees her under Christopher. He picks her up and you can plainly tell its a stuffed dog.
