In-Laws - S1-E8

Corrected entry: When Ray sneaks into the room he is carrying his blazer and shoes in his hands. After Debra turns on the light and walks over to the dresser, the camera pans back to Ray and he is empty-handed for the rest of the scene.

mirtom

Correction: Ray put his pants and shoes on the chair while the camera is on Debra. There is no error.

Turkey or Fish - S1-E10

Corrected entry: Retrieving the fish, Ray whips open the door to a still-running dishwasher. Dishwashers won't run until a locking latch is in place, so he should not have been able to do that. Some dishwashers have push lever latches, like some cars have squeeze lever handles.

Correction: My late-model dishwasher can be opened during a wash cycle. It has a pinch-type mechanism at the top and the agitator will still be turning and water still dripping when it is opened during the cycle. So this is not an impossibility and not a mistake.

Win, Lose or Draw - S1-E9

Corrected entry: Raymond is invited, by his father, to a friendly poker game. The dealer calls The Game, "Seven card, no peeking," then deals the cards. The first thing Raymond does is pick up his cards and look at them. This should have required him to match the pot and sacrifice his hand.

Correction: As you noted, it's friendly poker game. They obviously chose to cut him some slack since he was new and it was the very first hand dealt.

How They Met - S3-E26

Trivia: The flashback of this episode has several similarities to Ray Romano's real life. He was a futon delivery man before he was a comedian, he worked with his friend Claude, and he once walked into a customer's house to find her naked, mistaking her saying, "coming." for "Come in."

No Thanks - S4-E9

Question: Marie teaches Debra to make something called Canopys (I'm not even sure that's how you spell it). Can someone tell me what Canopys are and give me the correct spelling? I assume it's some sort of Italian appetizer or dish.

rstill

Chosen answer: A Canapé is a cracker or a small, thin piece of bread or toast spread with cheese, meat, or relish and served as an appetizer.
