Revealing mistake: When Del and Jumbo come into the Nags Head to discuss business, Del asks Mike for an Australian lager for Jumbo. Mike lists other Non-British lagers as a choice. When Jumbo says he'll have one of them, Mike produces a pint in less than 10 seconds, certainly no time to have poured a pint.
Revealing mistake: In the opening scene, there is no light switch in the Trotter's flat.
Revealing mistake: When Del is grabbing the snooker cue off the crazy man, you can see Del stick his thumb up for the other actor to hold during the snooker cue joke. (00:28:35)
Revealing mistake: As Del Boy is talking to Rodney and preparing his bacon sandwich a lingering shadow can be seen, being cast against the kitchen door. This shadow belongs to Uncle Albert, who is waiting for his cue to walk into the kitchen with Weetabix on his face. (00:10:55)

Revealing mistake: Just after Cassandra gives Rodney his coat back, she leaves the building. As she does, you can just see Rodney in the reflection in the door. He's waiting for his cue to come out of the building.
Revealing mistake: When Albert is coming through the crowd of people that Del is talking to, to go and look out, look at the extra just to the right of Albert. He forgets he should be in role and stares straight at the camera for the whole time.
Chain Gang - S6-E3
Revealing mistake: When Arnie's car flashes its headlights to Del, it is obvious that the person sat in the car is not the actor playing Arnie in the rest of the episode. (00:13:25)

Revealing mistake: When Del drops all the cutlery, if you watch you can see David Jason is holding it in his hands ready to drop. (00:07:50)
The Unlucky Winner Is... - S6-E4
Revealing mistake: After Rodney berates Del whilst he's in the bathroom of the hotel room he and Cassandra go out to the balcony and Cassandra goes to get him a drink, Del then goes out to join him. Whilst they're talking you can see Cassandra in the reflection of the balcony door waiting for her cue to come in to give Rodney his drink.
Revealing mistake: In the bar scene at the start, Del and Rodney are talking to Mike to try to get him to by a computer that doesn't work. The leaflet that Del reads off, is completely blank.
Revealing mistake: When Slater asks if the baby will be named after him and Rodney gives his answer, camera shows Del and you can quite see David Jason doing his best not to burst into laughter because of Rodney's answer.
Suggested correction: After Rodney gives his answer, the camera cuts to Slater, and then back to Del. He isn't close to bursting into laughter. He only laughs when he and Rodney stare at each other after Slater has left the pub, which was certainly the original intention.
Danger UXD - S6-E2
Revealing mistake: When the dolls explode in the flat, you can tell they are being held by a member of the crew by the way they move. (00:26:30)
Revealing mistake: When Albert says to Rodney about his date, "Where are you taking her? Scrumping?" As he says that line, look at Del. He mouths them by accident. (00:26:40)
Revealing mistake: When Rodney is holding Damien, it shows a shot of it in the mirror, the next shot is from behind the mirror and he is holding him the different way round.
Suggested correction: This was during his dream, so probably plausible in those circumstances.
