Revealing mistake: When Albert and Rodney are waiting in the hospital corridor, at one point it is around 2 a.m. A view out the window and reflections show that it is broad daylight.
Hole in One - S4-E3
Revealing mistake: When the post is being posted through the door, you can see the letters appear in the letterbox and then wait a few seconds for Albert to hang his coat up before being pushed through. (00:01:00)

Revealing mistake: When Grandad is speaking strangely and telling Del that Pauline has hidden his teeth, you can see his bottom set of teeth.
Revealing mistake: When Denzil thinks he's going mad seeing Del cross the road, look at the zebra crossing Del is walking on. It's just a bit of carpet rolled down on the ground. (00:49:48)
Revealing mistake: When Del is trying to sell those hooky toy dogs, there are some shots of the policeman walking across the street. The same clip of that policeman is played twice, only one is longer than the other (note a grey-haired man walk across the screen twice). (00:01:35)
Revealing mistake: At the end of the episode when Del and Rodney get hit by the car, Del jolts forwards slightly before we hear the sound of the crash. (00:29:10)
Revealing mistake: In the Trotter's flat at the start, in some shots, you can see the mirror has been bent so you can't see the camera's reflection.
Hole in One - S4-E3
Revealing mistake: Uncle Albert is seen putting the post back through the letter box. If you watch the scene carefully, the letters appear to pull themselves through, no doubt with a helping hand from the crew.
Revealing mistake: When Del sees Denzil skating along and tells him that he's got his money (the butterfly), Denzil gives him a high five and crushes the butterfly. If you look at Del's hand when Denzil goes past him, you can see the butterfly is not crushed at all.
Revealing mistake: When towing the car, the tow rope is slack, showing the van is not towing the other car. (00:05:45)
Watching the Girls Go By - S4-E6
Revealing mistake: At the start, Mickey Pearce is playing darts in the pub by Boycie. On the 3rd dart, he actually aims for the floor behind Boycie to make it seem like the dart bounced off the board. (00:01:10)
Revealing mistake: When Rodney is asking Del if he thinks the bathroom is haunted, you can see stage lights in his spoon. (00:10:20)
Revealing mistake: When Raquel walks into the living room after Rodney has told Del about the successful bloke, you can see a studio light on one of the pictures on the wall.
Revealing mistake: When the kid steals the orange, look how the orange is conveniently placed higher than the rest to make it easier for him to pick up.
Modern Men - S8-E2
Revealing mistake: When Del and his mates are in the pub, when it's Del's turn for the drinks, he gives Mike a hairdryer (really an electric paint stripper). If you notice, Del picks up the hairdryer off the floor.
Revealing mistake: Look behind Rodney and Vicky as they enter the theatre for the Gala performance. A small crowd has gathered across the road to watch the filming.
Revealing mistake: When Rodney first meets his new girlfriend, watch as he says "Pleased to meet you Irene". He spits on her. Not a great first impression.
Revealing mistake: As Del is sitting down to watch his video, if you watch the video recorder, a false top superimposes over the real one.
