The Babysitter - S11-E4

Continuity mistake: Right at the start when Frasier is talking to Niles in the furniture shop, at one point he says "Don't you hear that," and holds his hand in a fist. The shot cuts instantly to Niles and you can see his hand is now about a foot higher and his palm is suddenly open.

The Placeholder - S11-E5

Continuity mistake: In the restaurant, Frasier and Ann are at Kenny's table - Kenny puts his napkin down and leaves the table, while Frasier puts his cellphone away. In the next shot, the napkin has changed position on the table and Frasier is putting his cellphone away again.

The Placeholder - S11-E5

Continuity mistake: After Frasier gets his fake phone call at dinner, he puts his napkin down, covering his plate and stands up. When the waiter goes by and Frasier asks for the check, the napkin is suddenly next to the plate and we can see the food left on it.

The Placeholder - S11-E5

Continuity mistake: Frasier puts the tuna on the coffee table for Mr. Bottomsley and the cat jumps up and starts to eat it - he is facing the couch. In the next shot we see Eddie come into the room and suddenly the cat has moved and is facing Marty's chair - without enough time for the change.

The Placeholder - S11-E5

Continuity mistake: During the opening credits of the show, Frasier and Roz are in Cafe Nervosa. Frasier has a fabric shopping bag, and in some shots you can see the leaves of one vegetable and in other shots you can see the leaves of two vegetables. These leaves are quite large and distinctively different.

The Placeholder - S11-E5

Continuity mistake: During the opening credits, Roz and Ann are sitting in Cafe Nervosa - just before Roz says "Frazier" we see Ann put her mug down. When Frasier approaches, we see her put it down again.

Suggested correction: This has been addressed in the Questions section. Frasier is apparently choosing to deal with his allergies, in order help the cat's owner. It's also possible for allergies to be triggered by one cat, but not another. It depends on the amount of dander that the particular cat produces, and the level of Fel D. 1, a protein in their saliva.

I'm Listening - S11-E6

Continuity mistake: Roz is at Cafe Nervosa, sitting with Marty, pretending to be his date. In one shot her hand is covering his, in the next shot her hands are in her lap - but in the next shot, her hand is back covering Marty's.

I'm Listening - S11-E6

Continuity mistake: Frasier is hiding behind the kitchen counter when Ronee comes in - followed by Marty. Frasier puts his hands, one holding an apple, up on the counter. In the next shot the apple is on the counter, and his hands are draped over each other - without enough time for natural movement.

I'm Listening - S11-E6

Continuity mistake: When Martin and Frasier are in Cafe Nervosa and Marty is lecturing his son about eavesdropping, his newspaper moves a few inches, from being on his left to being right in front of him, even though he never touched it.

Murder Most Maris - S11-E8

Continuity mistake: In the 8th episode of season 11, "Murder Most Maris", Frasier claims to have been "punched in the face yesterday by a man now dead". When he says this, two nights have passed since the murder. The next day Niles panics at the café and then sleeps for 20 hours. This time Frasier claims he was punched in the face three days ago by a man now dead, when by now it has been at least four days.

Murder Most Maris - S11-E8

Continuity mistake: Niles, Frasier, Marty, and Daphne are at Niles' apartment and they have just found out Maris killed her lover. Niles' overcoat is on a chair behind the couch. He decides to go the police station, tells Daphne to stay put, and heads towards the hall on the left. In the next shot he is carrying his coat and heading out the front door with Marty - there just wasn't enough time for him to have got over to his coat and back to the door.

Murder Most Maris - S11-E8

Continuity mistake: In Cafe Nervosa, after Niles has taken off all his clothes, Frasier wraps him up in a couple of Cafe Nervosa aprons and Roz picks up Niles' clothes from the floor. In one shot, we see his tie towards the top of the pile in Roz' arms, and in another it is swinging free at the bottom of the pile. The clothes change position in her arms from shot to shot. In one shot the boxers are still on the table, with a newspaper. In a subsequent shot, Roz has the boxers. When Niles is being taken outside, the table nearest the door has only a cup on it. In the next shot, we see the newspaper on the table again.

Murder Most Maris - S11-E8

Continuity mistake: There are several bad cuts between shots when Niles and Frasier are on the balcony. Keep an eye on the height of Niles' sherry glass. The most noticeable occurrence is when Niles mentions "detachment" and the shot changes. He is suddenly holding his glass at least a foot higher in the air.

Murder Most Maris - S11-E8

Revealing mistake: At Cafe Nervosa, after Niles has had a mini-breakdown, he has shed his clothes, boxers and all, all over the place and is supposedly naked in the corner with only a newspaper for privacy. When Frasier has him stand up to wrap aprons around him, one can see that David Hyde Pierce is actually wearing light-coloured briefs.

Guns N' Neuroses - S11-E9

Continuity mistake: Why can Lilith hear what they are saying through the door? In several other episodes, the characters have had arguments or insulted the person at the door without them being able to hear. Yet here suddenly it's possible for her to hear.

Guns N' Neuroses - S11-E9

Continuity mistake: After Niles knocks the shoebox on the floor, he goes to put the banana on the table, but pulls back with it still in his hand. When he runs over to inspect the fireplace, the banana is nowhere to be seen.

Guns N' Neuroses - S11-E9

Continuity mistake: Niles stumbles catching the banana and knocks the shoebox off the table and it lands on the floor. The next shot shows a long dark item lying on the carpet - it wasn't there before and didn't come off the box.

Frasier: Niles, I would shave my head for you.
Niles: A gesture which becomes less significant with each passing year.

A Day in May - S8-E23

Question: Beyond the obvious (he hasn't gotten over it or is still upset about it) is there a reason Martin didn't want to say anything at the parole hearing? And what was the point of showing this?

Answer: While he hasn't gotten over it, he also took into account what the shooter's mother said. He refused to make a statement either for or against him. He can't forgive the shooter, but he's gotten past the anger.
