Continuity mistake: When Holly is talking to the toaster and they say about currenty bread, the toaster's handle is half way down. In the next shot it is at the top. (00:08:00)
Visible crew/equipment: When Rimmer is speaking to Lister about how Ace Rimmer got all the breaks in his life, a boom mic can be seen in the top left of the screen. (00:24:15)
Other mistake: Rimmer's long-service medals are absent from his ceremonial uniform during the trial. (00:17:15)
Suggested correction: Unfortunately, we don't have enough information about the JMC uniform regulations to know if it's required that long-service medals must be worn on ceremonial uniforms. It might be optional.

Continuity mistake: When Camille asks Kryten if they could make it, Kryten puts his glass down on the table. In the next shot, it is suddenly back in his hand, being put back down again. (00:22:35)
