Continuity mistake: At the start David is giving a speech about winning the primary. There is one point during a split screen where he grabs his microphone. However in the immediate next shot his hands are on the podium. (00:04:10)

Continuity mistake: We see a black car driving down the street after the end of the scene between the two Palmers. In this shot you can see the passenger in the back of the car (Andre) is not on the phone. Camera changes to inside and Andre is on the phone. (00:15:50)

3:00 P.M.-4:00 P.M. - S1-E16

Continuity mistake: Elizabeth walks away from the security brief and puts her arm on the wall. When David approaches her, her arm is still on the wall. When the camera changes to the front angle, her arm is not on the wall any more. This is an instant cut. (00:06:30)

Day 6: 2:00 AM - 3:00 AM - S6-E21

Continuity mistake: After Jack kills the Chinese agent, he picks up the agent's weapon (a HK G36). The weapon has a magazine in one of the camera angles but when the scene switches to another angle, there is no magazine in the rifle. (00:32:15)

Day 6: 4:00 AM - 5:00 AM - S6-E23

Question: When VP Daniels and Tom are in the oval office talking about K Hayes and B Buchanan, as Tom leaves the room it cuts to a close up of VP Daniels. Just behind him is a photograph in a frame where the photo somehow moves? Was this intentional, as it caught my eye and I cannot explain it.
