Cape Queer - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: When the realtor is giving Tiffany the keys and says, "Well, you know, the house has beautiful bones!", the way she's holding the folder changes between cuts.

Cape Queer - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: When Nica sneakily grabs the tool off the table when Tiffany turns around, her left hand is in a different position between cuts. Additionally, her facial expression changes between the same cut.

Cape Queer - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: When Tiffany is talking about how she prefers Nica over Chucky and she's walking around, the things on the table subtly move around between cuts. Ex. Tiffany's wine glass subtly moves, the blue lighter on top of the cigarettes near Nica disappears, the cards are in different positions, etc.

Cape Queer - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: When Nica (pretending to be Chucky) is playing cards with Tiffany, when Tiffany is trying to quiz her and makes the remark about "I never figured you to be the sentimental type, Chucky", her wine glass goes from on the table to in her hand between cuts.

Cape Queer - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: When Nica (pretending to be Chucky) is playing cards with Tiffany, Nica's hair subtly changes between shots multiple times depending on the angle. Ex. Sometimes she has some brushed back, sometimes not. Sometimes there's a strand hanging down on the left side of her face, sometimes not. Etc.

Cape Queer - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: When Nica (pretending to be Chucky) is playing cards with Tiffany, the jack of diamonds and three of spades swap places between shots. It happens quickly so slow motion helps but is NOT required.

Cape Queer - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: When the Chucky lifts up the knife to stab the little girl at the beginning of the episode and says "YOU made me do this!", his arm goes from up to down in the next shot when the little girl says "Do what?"

Little Little Lies - S1-E5

Other mistake: When Nica reverts back to her normal self and collapses, when she says "Where am I?", her legs noticeably move a few inches. She's paralyzed, so this shouldn't happen. It happens at least one other time during the scene, albeit more subtly. (When Chucky is in control, he's able to move her legs almost like a flesh-puppet, but when she's in control, she can't.)

Little Little Lies - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: When Michelle and Nathan are fighting, right before Nathan grabs the wine bottle and walks off, he puts his hands up by his forehead. In the next shot, they're suddenly down by his shoulders.

Little Little Lies - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: When Nathan comes back in after throwing out Chucky, Michelle makes a motion as though she put down the wine bottle, then starts to turn back to Nathan. In the next shot, she puts down the bottle and starts to turn back to Nathan a second time.

Little Little Lies - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: After Lexy sees Nathan with the doll, Michelle's wine glass is empty. She picks up the bottle and pours a small splash into her glass. Then, the next time we see the glass, it has at least a half-cup of wine in it - far more than the little splash we just saw her pour.

Trivia: Serves as a direct continuation of the original film series, and ignores the 2019 reboot.

Answer: They were blamed for the death of Jake's foster brother, which was deemed a terrible accident, and they were sent to the reform school as a punishment. Presumably, when they had to leave the reform school given what happened, they were instead given community service as punishment.
