The Ones You Can't See - S3-E7

Other mistake: Before the Seals went on their counter-sniper operation they were briefed that the enemy snipers were going to be using SVD-63 Dragunov's which have a range of 800m. The two enemy snipers who were killed never had Dragunov's, they had standard bolt action type rifles without suppressors, hard to identify a specific brand. They engaged the Seals from a distance with unsuppressed weapons over a crowd of people and the crowd didn't hear a thing. This is a falsity, a 7.62mm shot can be heard for 3km. Rules of Engagement - S3-E15

Other mistake: Ray and Clay are utilizing sniper rifles to combat the hostile enemy. Their shots are both shown through a thermal optic view, however both of their rifles only have standard day optics. For a thermal view to be operational a separate thermal optic needs to be clipped on to the front of the day scope/optic to provide a thermal view. A day scope/optic doesn't magically become thermal. They mount onto the top rail of the Picatinny Rail. (00:29:00 - 00:29:40)

Fracture - S2-E1

Factual error: The briefer on the oil platform mission says the platform is 12 stories, and 80 million square feet. Doing the math, that makes it half a mile per side if completely square. It is nowhere near that size as shown. The largest oil rig in the world - Berkut in Russia's Far East - has a combined deck area of only 342,000 square feet. (00:13:35)

Rolling Dark - S1-E9

Question: So they get the scientist on a four-seater, single-prop plane, and then send them from Siberia to Afghanistan. That's by the route from the briefing about 1800 miles. They fly with gear down. Is that possible? (00:06:47)

Answer: Yes. They would have to land 3-4 times for refuelling. The plane could fly with the wheels down, but the additional drag slows the plane and increases fuel consumption.
