Visible crew/equipment: As the old Indian sets fire to burn his dead son, he walks towards Cain and on the left you see a fire extinguisher. (00:10:04)
Visible crew/equipment: During the fight on the mountain, as Caine defends himself from being struck with the shackles, you can see what looks like John Saxon leaning against a tree watching the (I presume) the stunt double and the fight. (00:45:20)
Continuity mistake: Caine leaps onto a table that has a pitcher on it, which disappears and turns into a small wooden keg that he kicks into the face of the thug fighting him.
Continuity mistake: After Caine slams the bad guy through the window of the store, the face of the stunt man playing Caine is visible and has white powder on the left side of his face. The next shot shows Caine in the store with no powder on his face.
Visible crew/equipment: Modern tyre tracks from the camera truck are seen in the mud as Alethea waves goodbye to Kwai Chang Caine.
