Character mistake: Benny tells Lucifer he's an ex-marine. I beleive it's the case that US Marines never refer to themselves as an ex-marine, with the quote often used as being "once a marine, always a marine" (00:09:20)

Suggested correction: First off, it was Hector who said he was an ex-Marine, not Benny. But just because someone goes against the cultural norm doesn't make it a mistake. There are a lot of Marines who refer to themselves as former or ex - Marines for various reasons.

Continuity mistake: When Chloe and Lucifer get in the car to go to a bar, the car's position in the alleyway changes from the street level shot and the overhead shot. Note the position in relation to the plant by the side of the car. (00:12:10)

Visible crew/equipment: When sitting down in The Paddock Bar, the man next to Lucifer is wearing glasses that reflect a light screen. (00:12:30)

Continuity mistake: When talking to Benny about his pig being killed, Benny's hair is constantly changing from neat to scraggly and back. (00:24:30)

Continuity mistake: The position of the guys Mazikeen attacks changes between shots. Note the woman Chloe knocks out. (00:31:30)

Continuity mistake: At the end, Lucifer throws Benny through the painting and you can see he's not in the painting itself, he's gone right through. When the shot changes however, Benny is back in the middle of the picture. (00:36:40)

Really, what they were saying is Moira's story is believable: that she found her sister dead and picked up the hammer right as the garage door opened.
