Revealing mistake: At the start of the duel, in the shot of Alexis saying "If you give me the key now...", the Society of Light dorm members can be seen sitting in the seating area in the background. On the front row, there appears to be two students merged into one seat. (00:11:50)

Continuity mistake: When Chazz throws Jaden the Grim Reaper card, once he catches it, he has his middle finger placed along the side. In a close-up of the card, his finger cannot be seen along the side of it. (00:01:54)
Continuity mistake: When Crowler sacrifices his two Ancient Gears, he has his right hand raised in the shot where the two monsters vanish from the field. Then it cuts to a closer shot of Crowler, where his right hand is lowered. (00:07:23)

Continuity mistake: After the duel has started, Jaden and Zane draw five cards from their deck, and it then cuts to a shot from behind Zane where it pans over to show Jaden in the background. In this shot, Jaden's left hand is lowered, but when the shot cuts to an angle behind Jaden, his left hand is raised. (00:06:48)

Continuity mistake: When Jaden summons Bubbleman to the field, he uses the card's special ability to draw two more cards from his deck. Other mistake: When Jaden places Elemental Hero Burstinatrix on his duel disk, the Elemental Hero Bubbleman card can be seen next to it. Continuity mistake: At the start of the duel, in the shot where Amnael says "Is that so? But what if you do not possess what it takes Jaden", there are five cards in his hand. The card positioned second to Amnael's right is placed beneath the other four cards. A couple seconds later, after activating Chaos Distil, whilst he is explaining the card's effect, the card positioned second to his right is now placed over the card to the right of it. Continuity mistake: After Professor Crowler's science experiment goes wrong, he starts shouting and it cuts to a shot of the students laughing. In this shot, Alexis and two other Obelisk Blue students can be seen behind Jaden, Syrus and Chumley laughing. Then it cuts to a shot focusing on Jaden and Syrus, and Alexis and the other students behind them have disappeared. (00:03:39)

Continuity mistake: When Jaden, Syrus and Chumley walk into the cafeteria, they leave the door open when they go to sit down. But later in the scene, after realising that Chazz at their food, just before Syrus stands up to say "Professor", the door is closed. (00:00:08 - 00:00:36)

Continuity mistake: There are three trays shown on the cafeteria table closest to the door when Jaden, Syrus and Chumley walk in. When the three shout for Professor Banner later in the scene, the trays have disappeared from the table. (00:00:08 - 00:00:36)
Revealing mistake: When Pierre says "You're only extending your fate, my Cherie, and not even by that long", the shot cuts to Alexis, shown from the side of her face. In the background, Crowler and Sheppard can be seen sitting in the seating area, but their bodies don't appear to be aligned with the seats and are shown passing onto the seat next to them. Continuity mistake: A woman walks into the classroom holding an abandoned bag. When Banner asks "May I help you", the woman's hands are positioned outside of the straps, but when the shot cuts, her hands are inside of the straps. Also, during the shot, she has her right hand off the bag, but when it cuts to a close-up of the bag, her right hand is suddenly holding onto it. (00:04:35)

Continuity mistake: When Syrus tells Chumley about his card crush, Chumley raises a card that he has a crush on to Syrus. He is shown holding the card with two fingers at a straight angle. When the shot cuts to a close-up of the card, Chumley's fingers are at a bent angle. (00:02:54)
Field of Screams: Part 2 - S1-E32
Continuity mistake: When Chazz is looking over his cards in his room, his hands are folded, and the cards are on the bed. Ojama Yellow then appears and Chazz doesn't move his hands, but when the shot cuts, he is suddenly holding some cards in his hand that is suddenly raised. (00:04:30)
Continuity mistake: When Chazz is ranting in his room, in the shot where Ojama Yellow comes out of his deck, the deck of cards shown on his bed is positioned at a rotated angle. A couple seconds later, when he says "If you want to see pressure" to Ojama Yellow, the deck of cards is now no longer positioned at an angle. Then, later in the scene after Syrus tells Chazz his door is way over there, the deck of cards is further down the bed. (00:00:12 - 00:00:43)
