Continuity mistake: In the beginning of the episode, Reddington is in a Mercedes S-Class driven by Dembe. This specific car model is mainly used by Reddington in his travels. The car is a 2013 W222 Mercedes S-Class. The interior is also depictive of the specific model W222. Character mistake: Reddington says that the 1943 pennies he is hunting are special because they were made of bronze when all other pennies were made of copper. Character mistake: When Aram wears the CDC hazmat suit, the CDC personnel advises Aram that he has 20 minutes of air to keep him alive, making the mission time critical. What she says additionally is that "oxygen levels plummet and carbon monoxide (CO) levels rise" CO is not a byproduct of human respiration - carbon dioxide is.
Nicholas T. Moore (No. 110) - S5-E20
Continuity mistake: When they are in the hospital, Elizabeth is talking to the young girl and she closes the door behind her. The next time the camera shows Elizabeth's face the room door is open behind her. (00:06:15)

Other mistake: Ressler says, "Moreau paid Kruger for access," but Kruger didn't know Moreau's name. In the next episode, the team is surprised to hear that Moreau is involved. (00:34:40)
Factual error: Truro, Nova Scotia is not on the shoreline of Nova Scotia, but is in the middle of the peninsula. Additionally, Truro is not in hilly country as shown, but is on a flat floodplain, and the town is not a tiny outport Hamlet, it is a large town at the intersection of the two most used highways in Nova Scotia.

Factual error: In the beginning a woman is counting brown 200 Euro banknotes. 200 Euro notes are yellow.
Factual error: The grave stone in the cemetery shows the deceased rank as 1st Lieutenant, but the branch of service is U.S. Navy. There is no such rank in the Navy. The rank for an officer 02 is Lieutenant Junior Grade - Lt.Jg.
Chemical Mary (No. 143) - S8-E7
Factual error: French (and other nations) ATC rely on ground-based radar to track aircraft, not GPS from the cockpit of an aircraft. Meanwhile, whilst the aircraft that had been tampered with had compromised systems, the TCAS radar on the plane flying in the other direction would have alerted its pilots to take avoiding action.
Ogden Greeley (No. 40) - S8-E8
Factual error: During the scene in a London bar, the emergency exit sign is red (and not green as required by UK law). The signs adjacent to the toilets are unlike the ones regularly seen in the UK, as are the US style light switches and a 110v power outlet in the ladies' toilets.
Dr. Laken Perillos (No. 70) - S8-E10
Continuity mistake: At the start, Reddington and Dembe are talking to a garageman. He has a protective helmet on him. They zoom in and out of him, and show him from side and front. The strap on his helmet is different every time. One time it's over his ears, one time fully above it, and the next is sits low on his ear. All this within a short minute-long talk.
Revealing mistake: Aram "hacks" an employee database via a company website - the code that's briefly visible on screen (slo-mo helps but isn't required) is just standard HTML that lays out a web page, not server commands.
Helen Maghi (No. 172) - S9-E16
Factual error: Harold tells Raymond he'll repay the bail money, but given he's pleading guilty and fully intends to go along with required court appearances, etc, the bail money paid will be refunded - it's not like Raymond is out-of-pocket.
Factual error: The airline boarding pass from Melbourne, Australia to Zurich shows the code MLB, instead of the correct code MEL. The code MLB is for Melbourne Orlando International Airport in Florida. (00:58:40)
