Continuity mistake: At the very end of the episode when Nina Sharp exits the elevator, she mostly steps out of the elevator completely before the masked men come and shoot her. However, when they review the security footage of the attack in the next episode, "There's More Than One of Everything," you see that she barely takes a step before being shot.(00:49:15)
Visible crew/equipment: When John Mosley, the stocking-capped man exits his car, you can briefly see the camera's reflection in the glass window behind him.(00:13:30)
Visible crew/equipment: After Olivia shuts down the bomb, Peter asks, "How did you do that?" and in the wide shot showing Olivia saying, "I don't know," a light from outside the building brightens the room, and you can briefly see the reflection of a crewmember in the glass window.(00:44:15)
Visible crew/equipment: In the iCarly TV movie "iGo to Japan," the gang is riding in Kioko and Yuki's car when the Japanese comedians start arguing. In the shot showing Freddie putting his camera away, you can see several reflections on the side of the car. They are hard to make out what they are, but these are obviously the reflections of the crew in the background. If you look out the window beside Carly and Sam in the same shot, you can see how fast they are going past Tokyo. If these reflections are reflections of things in the city, they would quickly move away as they speed past. However, they stay put.
Continuity mistake: On Billy's second day of school, in the first shot of the teacher at the board she writes something like "long division - (a bunch of numbers) 5 (divided by symbol)". But a few shots later, when it shows her again, the writing on the board only says "long division". Half of her writing has been erased.(00:13:20)
Visible crew/equipment: When Zero Mostel is dispelling the monsters, you can see a puppeteer's head to his right for a brief moment before it disappears.(00:20:00)
