Visible crew/equipment: During the car chase, Marta pulls her car into a dead end and the camera moves up to the window. The top of the camera operator's head is visible in the reflection. Later in the same shot, the camera is visible in the glass left of screen.

Visible crew/equipment: After Harry finds out Helen is cheating on him with Simon, there is a scene at the house where the camera pulls in on the family eating dinner. In this shot the shadow of the camera can be seen creeping onto the windowsill.

Visible crew/equipment: Carl is walking along the reporters trying to get their attention. At the bottom of the screen is the shadow of the camera filming the shot. It moves as the scene moves. At one point there is even a boom mic shadow on the right. While this may be a member of the news crew, it's likely the boom mic for the show as the reporter has a mic of her own and the shadow follows Carl.

Visible crew/equipment: When Kathrine is trying to get away from GW, she runs into an alleyway and the camera pushes in on her. Its shadow becomes visible on the left side. Fairly obvious as it hangs there.

Visible crew/equipment: When we first see Felicity come down the pole and walk toward Austin at his pad, the shadow of the camera is visible on her.

Visible crew/equipment: After the first bus blows up, Jack talks to Howard on a payphone. The boom mic is reflected in the receiver.

Visible crew/equipment: When James Marsden arrives at the house he is watching, he hurriedly opens the door and the camera pushes in on him. The reflection of a crew member can be seen in the left window. It's clear enough you can see the person turn their head.

Visible crew/equipment: When Leia and the others come back to the rebel base, she says "there's no time for sorrows." The camera is moving during this shot and its shadow is cast on the actors.

Visible crew/equipment: After they run out of snowballs because Jack scrapes ground, the bullies recover and prepare to chase the boy. To the right on the ground, the shadow of a crewmember moving can be seen when we see them getting back up.

Visible crew/equipment: When James is in the phone booth and he gets the call about Tommy, the camera moves in really quickly. The reflection of the lens is visible for some time as James talks on the phone. Left of screen.

Visible crew/equipment: When the duo go to the cave when its raining, there are flashes of lightning. In the initial shot, when the lightning flashes you can see the shadow of the camera, bottom screen.

Visible crew/equipment: After the accident at the farm happens, the pregnant woman and the cop drive off and we the side of the white van. The camera is reflected in it before the shot dissolves into the smoke.

Visible crew/equipment: When Cujo gets into the vehicle and is fighting with the woman, we see a shot behind the dog. The shadows of a boom mic and film equipment are blatantly visible.

Visible crew/equipment: When the bad guys shoot the state trooper during the storm, there is a shot of the trooper falling. A crewmember creeps into frame quickly before the shot cuts.

Visible crew/equipment: When Denzel is fighting the man in the back seat of his car, they pass a silver Prius, which he hits. The camera tracks alongside. You can see the camera operator. It's clear enough you can make out that he is wearing a motorcycle helmet and has gloves on. (01:09:30)
