Continuity mistake: Chandler walks into his apartment to find Rachel eating cheesecake without him. As the door is shutting, the pen on the Magnadoodle is hanging loose; it can be heard hitting the door when Chandler is closing it. The next shot shows Rachel stop eating, and when we next see Chandler, the door is closed and the pen is in its holder. (00:15:50)

Continuity mistake: Monica and Chandler are in their apartment talking about Monica's worries that Chandler would dump her if she put on weight. When we first see Monica, the bite mark in her apple is quite small, but a few seconds later, it is suddenly much bigger without her eating any more of it. (00:18:00)

Continuity mistake: When Phoebe is singing for the first time, the door behind her is open or closed, depending on the shot. (00:05:00)

Continuity mistake: When Ross is on the couch telling Ben about Chanukah, Ben's hair varies from shot to shot. In the first shot it's flat and in the next shot it's spiked up at the front. His hair stays spiked up for a few shots and then returns to flat. (00:06:00)

The One With The Cheap Wedding Dress - S7-E17

Continuity mistake: Monica chooses a wedding dress at an expensive boutique, then later goes to a discount store to buy the same style dress at a half-off sale. The dress she buys is different from the one in the boutique, having wider and frillier straps. When she tries it on later at the apartment, it is now the same style as the one at the boutique. The One With Joey's New Brain - S7-E15

Continuity mistake: When Joey is talking to the woman whose brain he receives, as the shot changes she is holding a glass, then a cigarette then a glass again, with no time to change objects, let alone anywhere to put the other. (00:06:05)

Visible crew/equipment: When the Wampa (ice creature) kills Luke's Tauntaun, the end of the "glove" used as the Wampa's arm can be seen in the bottom left corner, as well as the arm of the crew member wearing it. Widescreen only. Note that this has been fixed on the 2011 Blu-ray release. (00:03:55)

Continuity mistake: When Han first walks into the command center on Hoth, there's a shot of Leia looking at him. The shot has been flipped. This can be seen, for example, from that the men on either side of her have switched sides. (00:04:50)

Visible crew/equipment: There is a shot towards the end of the film, (just before Willis and Jackson exchange dialogue in the engine room) in which it shows the entourage of people boarding a smaller boat from the much larger ship. Look towards the bottom left corner of the screen as the boat pulls away - inside you can see the head of a female boom mike operator.

Lisa the Vegetarian - S7-E5

Continuity mistake: After Homer prepares the BBQ he holds out the steak and holds it back in as Lisa speaks. When the shot changes he's holding it out again, and the pile of meat behind him is smaller and has moved slightly under the window.

Continuity mistake: When Lisa is first seen petting the baby lamb, she is next to the fence with hay beside her. In the next shot, she's far away from the fence and there's no hay anywhere.

Continuity mistake: When we first see Homer feeding the can to the goat the background shows a wooden coop. In the next shot, a purple tree stump appears there too.

The One Where Rachel Finds Out - S1-E24

Visible crew/equipment: When Rachel is on the balcony with her date, after she kisses Ross and says, "Wow!", the shot changes back to her date. While he is saying, "Exactly" you can see a camera man on the left side of the screen. Then when the shot changes to show Rachel and her date you can see him move out of the shot. (00:19:45)

The One with Two Parts: Part 1 - S1-E16

Visible crew/equipment: In Central Perk when Ross realises he's going to be a father, a black and white boom mic can be seen at the top of the screen. (00:16:50)

Continuity mistake: Throughout the dinner scene, whenever Homer wants the syrup, it disappears and re-appears next to Lisa.

Home Sweet Home-Dum-Diddly Doodly - S7-E3

Continuity mistake: At the Flanders' house, in the kitchen, Bart and Lisa have sandwiches on plates in front of them. The shot changes and everyone on the table has an empty bowl including Bart and Lisa.
