Other mistake: The clock on the kitchen wall was at 5:03 PM when Donna asked, "Where the heck can they be?" After an outside scene and returning to the kitchen, the clock was still at 5:03 when Donna said she couldn't find her camera. The battery in the clock could have been dead, but the display time was what could be expected around dinnertime (suggesting the clock was supposed to be in working condition). Other mistake: The short scene wherein Jane's mother is carrying a tray of food to Jane's room and says, "This isn't a home. It's a hotel" doesn't make sense. There's already a tray of food on the floor next to the door that has a sign "Please, do not disturb" hanging on the knob, which is on the left side. Jane's mother passes that door and stops at a door right next to it with a "Do NOT Disturb" sign hanging from the knob, which is on the right side. Two close-together doors to one bedroom? Other mistake: The "Ten Killer" slashed Katherine Hourback's face/head close to 50 times (off-screen), leaving her face covered in blood. When Dan found Katherine's body in his front yard, there was diluted blood on her face (mostly left side), but no indication that she had been slashed with a utility knife about 50 times. Also, during the slashing, the Ten Killer's "aim" seemed off (too high for a victim sitting in a chair and with no adjustment for how her head might move after each forceful blow). Other mistake: Richie, with a bullet hole through his right side, arrived at Leonard's and thrashed about on the table while his wound was being stitched. He was even turned over so that Leonard could stitch the back side (exit wound). Richie's hair became somewhat disheveled during the procedure, but after he recovered and walked into the other room, his hair was neatly combed/styled and his suit/tie showed no wrinkling or signs of blood on them (unlike his shirt around the wound). Other mistake: When Uncle Joey was on the phone talking to his sister and when he got to her house to pick up his niece and nephew, he did not have a circular red cut or rash above his right eyebrow. The red area also could not be seen most of the time when he was driving, but at a couple points it was visible - despite the visor on his cap blocking out light and its visibility. At the campgrounds, Uncle Joey wore a headband but it wasn't needed to conceal the red area like the cap was - the red area was gone. (00:07:10 - 00:11:26)

Other mistake: A sniper in a building across the street had his rifle's scope aimed at Orlando's head. Reed came into the room with his gun drawn and walked behind Orlando to reach Ava. The Captor saw Reed via video surveillance and told him to leave. The sniper should have seen Reed but somehow did not. (01:12:12 - 01:13:46)

Other mistake: Derek changed into Tyler's clothes to escape the hospital and take on Tyler's identity. However, it does not look like he remembered to put his blue hospital ID band onto Tyler's right wrist. Hospital bands are usually securely on and not easily removed (or removable without breaking them). When the nurse was removing Derek's (actually, Tyler's) wrist restraints, there was no blue hospital ID band on his right wrist. He asked, "How do I prove to you who I really am?" (No ID band!). Other mistake: The time line seemed off. Ken brought his daughters to his parents' house and it appeared to be morning (not dusk). One asked why he had to work on Thanksgiving. When Ken picked up Chris to go to work, Chris' parents were just finishing their Thanksgiving dinner. At work, Marnie said, "I can't believe I missed Thanksgiving with my family..." The group of employees shared slices of turkey luncheon meat - "No one should be without Thanksgiving." The store opened at 9:00 PM - well after dinner.

Other mistake: When Ken was using the plunger to lift panels of the suspended ceiling, the bathroom stall next to him (and against the wall) was closed, but when he stooped to the floor to look at the broken bottle of alcohol, the stall door was open and someone's legs from below the knees could be seen. When this part of the movie resumed, Ken was opening the door to the stall. He was also walking on the area where the broken bottle was on the floor. Other mistake: A crow crashed into a bedroom window, causing a small hole in it with radiating cracks. There was blood splattered around the hole as well as two long downward/ vertical lines of blood. Although it is possible for a bird to crack a window, it is much more likely that a bird breaks its neck without causing damage to the window. In the event that this crow did put a small hole in the glass, at least some fragments of feathers should have been stuck around the hole, but there were not any. (00:06:55)

Other mistake: Natasha may have been a highly skilled, capable, and experienced fighter (simultaneously taking on multiple large goons with weapons), but this would not mean she was indestructible, injury-proof, or immune from pain. During one extensive fighting scene, just the few heavy whacks on her back followed by being thrown onto her stomach from being held above the goon's head should have rendered her incapacitated (at least for a while) but she did not suffer any ill-effects and continued fighting. Other mistake: Two goons almost caught up to Jimmy's Suburban when Natasha was driving. It isn't clear what the distance was between the vehicles, but close enough to see the other's vehicle. Natasha slowed down so that she could roll out of the driver's side "unnoticed" - and she somehow managed to do so. (00:47:18)

Other mistake: The crossbow arrow that went through Jamie's shoulder area had different positions/angles and was not always visible (in front or back) when it should have been. The crossbow arrow also did not seem to be long enough. It was not a mini crossbow arrow (3-4" where in front with maybe 5" in the back and a mini is only about 6.3" total); regular lengths are typically 14" - 20"+. (01:15:10 - 01:17:00)

Other mistake: The GPS voice said, "Your destination is on your left", but Kath kept driving (slowly) on the dirt road and did not reach the cabin for over 30 seconds (longer than would be expected). Other mistake: A SWAT team member and Chief Connelly had their heads tilted back and their eyes angled upward as far as possible when looking at the damaged 4th floor on the building across the street. Given the distance between the buildings and relative height of the 4th floor, they would not need to be looking straight up. When they were looking at the explosion on the 10th floor, they had their heads tilted back and eyes angled upward just like when they were looking at the 4th floor explosion. (01:10:03 - 01:20:54)

Other mistake: Two bombs went off in the building at different times, causing explosions that blew through windows on the fourth and tenth floors, but no fire trucks ever came and the fires apparently self-extinguished. Other mistake: A female bull shark has between 1-13 pups. The exact number in the movie is questionable (due to their speed), but appeared to be well over the maximum 13 and perhaps closer to double this amount.
