Other mistake: Two goons almost caught up to Jimmy's Suburban when Natasha was driving. It isn't clear what the distance was between the vehicles, but close enough to see the other's vehicle. Natasha slowed down so that she could roll out of the driver's side "unnoticed" - and she somehow managed to do so. (00:47:18)
Other mistake: Natasha may have been a highly skilled, capable, and experienced fighter (simultaneously taking on multiple large goons with weapons), but this would not mean she was indestructible, injury-proof, or immune from pain. During one extensive fighting scene, just the few heavy whacks on her back followed by being thrown onto her stomach from being held above the goon's head should have rendered her incapacitated (at least for a while) but she did not suffer any ill-effects and continued fighting.
