Continuity mistake: Hugo is running away from Zapan; after the sequence of Alita's busted pipe we see him jump over a parapet onto a street underneath, rolling just past an incoming utility vehicle. In the overhead shot he lands right in front of a group of people including a rather conspicuous man with a pink shirt, but in the following shot almost everyone in the street is gone. (01:34:40)

Continuity mistake: At home with the widow, Reverend O'Malley is talking to her as she stands by the window. The lighting of the scene changes blatantly depending on the angle of the shot - just look at the shadow suddenly in the middle of the curtains in the closer view. (00:29:25)

Continuity mistake: Iris splashes Coffin Ed with the glass as he speak into the phone receiver. She barely gets him and in the same shot as he turns towards the camera to grab her, his jacket and shirt have barely any wet spots. Throughout the scene the stains change in number and size for no reason (even assuming some might have dripped from the cheek to the jacket). (00:17:45 - 00:18:55)

Continuity mistake: When Alita is playing the street version of motor ball she knocks over Tanji. In the next shot Tanji is following her in the pack as she scores, then the shot switches back to him on the ground.

Continuity mistake: Ido and his ex-wife are walking on a relatively narrow bridge with stalls on one side. When she says "clearly" to him admitting he did not destroy the body, a man with a backpack literally disappears between shots as he was walking past a woman in a white and blue shirt. (00:16:00)

Revealing mistake: In the execution, the noose is so loose that Bogart's head virtually pops out of it, even as the sailors in charge of the execution have already begun pulling the rope. (01:42:35)

Continuity mistake: In the battle with Grewishka and the other two murderous cyborgs, Ido loses his scythe that falls down with the sharp edge pointed towards his right. When Nyssiana disrobes, though, the scythe is turned the other way incorrectly, with the pointy end on the opposite side and the burner on the right. (00:28:15 - 00:29:00)

Continuity mistake: After Alita slides away from the Centurion, dog in hand, she freezes in the pose at the side of the road. To her left, witnessing the scene there's a woman wearing sandals and some rasta patterned pants. She is standing by the corner of the sidewalk, but when we see her after a brief reaction shot on Hugo, she is standing super close, literally in Alita's shadow (they both shifted away from the corner, technically). Factual error: When Miss Charlesworth asks where everybody has gone and Letitia answers, you can get a good view of her desk, sporting above it amongst many photos also an illustration surely out of place in 1928: the "We can do it!" girl created by J. Howard Miller in 1942 and more or less apocryphally identified with Rosie the Riveter, a feminist icon that is quite specific to WW2. (00:22:10)

Continuity mistake: When Oscar is on the phone to learn about the location of the job interview in the warehouse district, the paper that was on top of the payphone jumps suddenly in the hand that holds the receiver to his ear, with the phone call already being over. (00:22:25)

Continuity mistake: Gina's father opens the door, club in his hand, and finds his family inside for the surprise party. In the reverse shot, Gina's position is also mirrored, having the right arm raised instead of her left. (00:08:15)

Continuity mistake: When Jackie jumps off his balcony the first morning, the Spanish grocer is ducking with his hands above his head, while in the close-up of Jackie landing he's using his hands to shield his veggies. (00:04:00)

Continuity mistake: Jennifer Aniston is backstage at one of the beauty pageant contests she is a special guest for. They hand her the envelope with the winner. She is fixing her hair with the left hand, which turns into the right hand in the reverse shot.

Continuity mistake: When Jon saves Ponch from the truck, the truck crushes the bike under its front tires, which suddenly become another set of wheels in the shot right before the big explosion. (00:43:20)

Continuity mistake: Gabriela's luggage crashes down the slope into the vehicle of the beefy co-protagonist. During the scene, the bra on the pickup's hood is positioned in an obvious different way (also coming lower onto the fender's arc) between shots. (00:13:00)

Visible crew/equipment: When Jon passes by Ponch who roadblocked the street ineffectively, on the front of his bike you can see the reflection of the camera rig. (00:42:00)

Continuity mistake: As students are watching porn, Strickland struts his way down the school corridor through jumpcuts. Some extras in the background have poses radically different nobody could switch to without reason, like this blonde guy who is turned the other way and that suddenly is leaning against the wall with his arms crossed while Strickland has barely walked one step. Continuity mistake: Gargamel finds out of the smurf he captured is Smurfette. She grabs the bars of the cage, but the position of the door hinges changes, switching from her right to her left, back and forth. (00:13:35)

Visible crew/equipment: At the very end of the episode, as Poirot's car drives off headed to the harbor, filming equipment is neatly reflected in the door. (00:51:40)
