Smash Club: the Next Generation - S7-E6
Corrected entry: When Jesse and Joey are preparing the "Smash Club" for the inspector to come, Joey goes under the counter to find a bucket. You can see on the counter there is a crack which in a few seconds joey crashes his head through.

Corrected entry: In the part where Obi-wan and Anakin are killing all the droids leaving the command bridge in general Grevious ship, one droid in the center of the screen dies without being hit by either of the light sabers. (00:21:10)
Correction: You're forgetting the Force as a likely means for this droid's sad demise.

Corrected entry: The movie 21 was based on the true story "Bringing Down the House."
Correction: We are told that in the opening credits, so it is not trivia if you know how to read.

Corrected entry: In the start of the movie Nim is talking about the death of her mother and that she got eaten by a whale. This is impossible because a whale's throat is so small the a whale can't swallow anything bigger than a grape fruit.
Correction: Nim was quite small at the time of her mother's death. Her father created an understandable fairytale for her to explain what happened. Which is why we are shown it using storybook-like visuals. With her vivid imagination, Nim just decided to keep the fairytale alive and to transmit it.

Corrected entry: When the clock and the candle are singing in the dungeon the fire on top of the candle gets put out and lights itself in between shots.
Correction: The candle named "Lumiere" has been seen relighting himself many times before. There is no error here.

Corrected entry: When Alexandra is in the airport the security guard takes out the Purell she has in her suitcase, but when she is about to be saved by Nim she falls out of the boat. The Purell is falling out of her suitcase and she couldn't have bought it anywhere she was at, because she was in such a hurry all the time.
Correction: What got confiscated isn't the Purrell that was in her suitcase, but the Purrell that was in her carry-on. Whatever Purrell was in her suitcase was safe in the hold and not confiscated.

Corrected entry: In the movie, the medicine to cure the virus is called a vaccine. But vaccines can not cure someone who already has a virus: they can only cure someone if administered before the symptoms occur.
Correction: This is representative of Neville's state of mind. He failed to make a working vaccine back when a vaccine would've done some good (before the virus had dominated the planet and there were still people who could be administered with it). His mind is stuck on this failure and he can't rest until he makes up for it, so he repeatedly refers to it as a vaccine due to being stuck in the past.

Correction: The Smash Club was supposedly around when Jesse was a teenager, making it about 20 or so years old at least. That bar could have gotten damaged in a number of different ways during operation or even after it was shut down by some sort of vandalism.
