Pilot - S1-E1

Factual error: When J.J. first discovers his powers and understands math, the parabola "seen" on the board is wrong for the given equation and it's different than what J.J. actually ends up drawing, which seems more like the right answer.

Seinfeld (1990)

The Little Jerry - S8-E11

Factual error: On the bottom of all checks, they have the routing number, followed by the account number, followed by a repeat of the check number found in the top right corner. When we see Jerry's bounced check, "1246" isn't seen after the account number.

American Dad (2005)

Why Can't We Be Friends? - S8-E5

Factual error: When the guys are on the Graviton, you can tell they're spinning clockwise, or to their left. That means everything should be pushed in the opposite direction, but one girl's hair is flowing to her left when it should be flowing to her right.

Stranger Things (2016)

Chapter Eight: The Upside Down - S1-E8

Factual error: When Nancy shoots the creature the second time, she fires at least 8 shots from a 6-shot revolver without reloading. And that's assuming she reloaded after firing 3 shots at the creature the first time, even though the situation made it seem unlikely. (00:20:30)

American Dad (2005)

Pilot - S1-E2

Factual error: Klaus says he was an Olympic skier when the CIA switched his brain with a goldfish. When they show the skier with the goldfish brain, the banner reads "1986 Winter Games." The Winter Games were held in 1984 and 1988, but not '86.

Between (2015)

Us vs. Them - S2-E2

Factual error: We see Liam's driver's license. It says he's from Rhode Island, but the license looks nothing like RI's. It's issued by the State Motor Vehicle Commission, but RI does not have an MVC (only New Jersey does). And the expiration date is always the same as the holder's birthday, but here we see it's 2 days after his birthday.

Family Guy (1999)

Take My Wife - S13-E18

Factual error: When Carter puts on the Jack LaLanne record, you can see it has eight individual grooves (or rings) around it. However, records only have one continuous groove.

Family Guy (1999)

Factual error: The scene at the beginning is set at a German concentration camp in occupied Poland in 1944 (as annotated). When Erik enters Shaw's office, the song "La Vie en Rose" by Edith Piaf is playing. The song wasn't written until 1945 and wasn't recorded until 1947.

The Simpsons (1989)

Who Shot Mr. Burns? (2) - S7-E1

Factual error: When Chief Wiggum opens the revolver's chamber, there's 5 rounds with one open slot. In the next shot, we see the reverse end of the chamber and it's drawn in such a way to indicate those 5 rounds all have bullets in them still, meaning the empty slot is from when Maggie shot Mr. Burns. But revolvers don't eject spent shells automatically and no one handled the gun after it dropped on the floor. So the empty casing should have still been in there when Wiggum opens it up for the first time.

Knight Rider (1982)

Factual error: During the first car chase, when Solo asks Gabby if he can "borrow her car" that she was working on, it's a 1966 Wartburg 100. The film takes place in 1963.

Houdini and Doyle (2016)

Show generally

Factual error: The show starts in 1901 with a woman constable working for the Metropolitan Police Service (Scotland Yard). However women didn't join the Metropolitan Police until 1919 (which is also when the first woman's police uniform was created). Prior to that, women volunteered in the Women's Police Service, but that wasn't formed until 1914.

Rush Hour (2016)

Assault on Precinct 7 - S1-E5

Factual error: When the trucker reaches into the bag that's suppose to have his cash with his "bonus", he's bitten by a venomous snake. However, we see the snake and it's a non-venomous king snake.

Bates Motel (2013)

The Vault - S4-E6

Factual error: When Dylan gets a call on his cell phone, it's from an 8-digit Costa Rica number, but caller ID shows +1 506 2555 0122. +1 is the US international code.

Gotham (2014)

Into the Woods - S2-E17

Factual error: The address on Lee's business card shows her zip code for Atlanta, GA as "11453." This is a non-existent US zip code, and the zip code for Atlanta is "303xx."

Bishop73

Factual error: When Austin sees the reflection of the assassin in Robin's eyes, it should be a reverse image since it's a reflection, but it's not. The assassin is seen raising his right hand both times when the reflection should make it look like it's his left.

Hap and Leonard (2016)

Eskimos - S1-E6

Factual error: Hap is sending a package to Houston, Texas but the zip code he writes is "89921." This isn't anywhere near Houston. At best it's El Paso, although 89921 isn't in use. (And if his 5s look like 8s, "59921" is in Montana).

Bishop73

Left Behind - S1-E9

Factual error: Ray, Sara, and Kendra are Left Behind in 1958. However, 10 weeks later Sara and Kendra are playing the board game "The Game of Life." The modern version, as seen, didn't come out until 1960 (previously it was called The Checkered Game of Life and doesn't resemble the modern version).
