Continuity mistake: When Nina watches Lily dancing after filling up her water bottle, look very closely at Lily's back as she spins around and you can see that her tattoo isn't there. As she was wearing a vest and her hair was down over her back, it is likely the film makers thought they could get away with this.

In the next shot of him, it's still in his hand.

Plot hole: Doesn't it seem a little strange that Arnold, Francis and Rez are still in the game with Juni even though they started before him? We find out they were sent back to the beginning due to Francis cheating in the Megarace. Juni wasn't required to start again and he gets to Level 5 with only 5 minutes left . So shouldn't their time have long since run out?

Visible crew/equipment: When Damien and Janis drive off leaving Cady on the sidewalk with a picture, a large square stage light on the set is reflected in the window of the back car door (probably one which lights the ground to give the effect of a streetlight). It is too large and bright to be one of the lights from a house across the street.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Cady is chasing Damien's car and talking to Janis, when Janis says 'he still doesn't want you' two extras in dark clothing walk up a pathway behind Cady. However when the shot cuts back to her, they have totally vanished. Even though they were wearing dark clothing, you'd still be able to have seen them, and there was not enough time between the different shots for them to have walked into the house.

This can also be seen from an aerial shot in the same scene.

Plot hole: In Part 1 look closely when Cassie is showing Maddie the 'Oblivion' website that contain pictures of her. Some of the pictures are those we actually see being taken of her in Part 2 (the following episode). How could they be on the website before they've even been taken?
