Suggested correction: That's not a mistake but intentionally done to show the technology. It's not explained how it works, but the weapons disappear as it hits the targets.
Continuity mistake: When they bring the old man from District 11 to the front of the crowd to be shot down, after Katniss is dragged back inside the building, the old man turns his head to the right, to face the crowd. In the next shot, he's suddenly looking straight forward. (00:20:45)
Continuity mistake: When Haymitch is talking to the head peacekeeper, the cut on the peacekeeper's forehead disappears in some shots and reappears in others. (00:36:10)

Continuity mistake: When Katniss and co get attacked by the monkeys, she fires all her arrows or loses them in the water. We then see her run to the beach with the others. Still her quiver is empty. However, when Peeta gives her the pearl, she now has arrows. (01:42:00)
Suggested correction: When they're on the beach eating, almost an hour has elapsed. Plenty of time for her to get arrows, especially if they're by the cornucopia.
Continuity mistake: When the tributes are in the procession we see District 12's tributes still passing the drummers. Camera cuts and now they are a long way past the drummers. (00:56:25)
Continuity mistake: When Gale and Katniss are talking atop the hill about how they should have left earlier, Katniss removes her hand from Gale's neck/face. The camera cuts to the other side and her hand is back there. (00:47:30)
Continuity mistake: Just after the Quarter Quells announcement we see Katniss go to Haymitch who is drinking from a bottle. The bottle is up by his mouth, camera cuts and now it's resting on the arm of the chair. (00:45:50)
Continuity mistake: When President Snow is giving his speech about the Quarter Quells, his rose goes from open to closed depending on the shot. (00:44:00)
Continuity mistake: Just as President Snow starts to give his speech we see Prim, Katniss and Mrs. Everdeane sat on the sofa. Mrs. Everdeane has her legs crossed in one shot and side by side in the next. (00:43:45)
