Miracle Day: The New World - S4-E1
Factual error: When Rex is crossing the newer Severn Bridge (when still on the bridge) he sees paying kiosks. The kiosks for this bridge are in Wales, significantly after you have come off the bridge, and would not be in plain sight when you cross.

Factual error: When Jess meets her father and Martin on the embankment it is twenty to five in the afternoon, however this is between New Years Day and Valentines Day - it would be dark at this time of day in these months.

Factual error: One of the subjects on Effy's results sheet is listed as 'English.' On any A-Level results sheet this would not be so, it would be listed as either English Language, English Literature, or English Language and Literature, as these are the titles of the three possible English A-Levels.

Factual error: When Jamie answers Dylan's phone and his ex-girlfriend shouts and then hangs up, you can hear a hang up tone. This isn't possible on a cell phone.
