Trivia: At the end of the film Audrey (Jennifer Aniston) and Nick are in the helicopter there is a piece of cloth behind them that says Vikram. Vikram is the name used by Ross on Friends (starring Aniston) for Phoebe's fake boyfriend.

Trivia: On Burt Reynolds' hat is the shape of Florida with a star. The star marks the location of Jupiter, where Reynolds lived much of his life, had a ranch, and eventually passed away.

Trivia: When Nancy Tremaine (Idina Menzel) is singing to Morgan about her memories to make the tree come to life again she sings a line "Let it glow, let it glow." This is an homage to Idina Menzel as Elsa in Frozen singing "Let it Go".

Vegas Baby/I Hate Goodbyes - S6-E23

Trivia: Betty White is talking with Bob Newhart in the casino about how life-like a wax figure of Don Rickles is. Newhart and Rickles were best friends. There is a callback to this joke a little later when they are in prison and Newhart talks about a bald lesbian and White says that was Rickles too.

Trivia: Elle and Lee go to prom and the band starts to play Don't You, by Simple Minds, the song that was featured at the end of The Breakfast Club. Lee's mother is played by Molly Ringwald, who starred in The Breakfast Club. (01:25:22)

Trivia: Jack (Alec Baldwin) is talking to Liz about how they sold his voice while he was in college. And he mentions that they used it for a Wu-Tang Clan video and Thomas the Tank Engine. Alec Baldwin played the narrator in the Thomas the Tank Engine feature film.

Trivia: When Cooter (Matthew Broderick) and Jack are looking through all the files to find a bad idea it's very reminiscent of Matthew Broderick and Nathan Lane as Bialistock and Bloom looking for bad scripts in The Producers. Yet another musical theatre nod by a writer.

Trivia: JD asks Elliot to do him a favour and cover Mr. Foster for him, so he can go to Mr. Sutton's house. Sutton Foster is an actress and singer who has done many Broadway shows, and is the star of the TV series Younger. Likely a nod by a musical-loving writer.

A 100% True Ghost Story - S7-E6

Trivia: Barry plans a Rocky Horror Picture Show themed party. The professor he speaks to about his failed test is named Professor Majors, and is played by Barry Bostwick. Bostwick played Brad Majors - A Hero, in The Rocky Horror Picture Show. The joke continues with a clumsy girl knocking things over and Bostwick ripping off his glasses saying "Dammit, Janet!" just as he did in the film.

Trivia: During the musical number Springtime for Hitler, the line "Don't be stupid, be a smarty. Come and join the Nazi Party" is dubbed over by Mel Brooks, who loves to make cameos in his own films.
