Much Apu About Nothing - S7-E23
Corrected entry: Kearney uses a fake ID to purchase alchohol, but it's already been revealed in previous episodes that he is old enough to drive, has a son, shaves, was around in the year 1976, so why does he need a fake ID?
Correction: He's a well known troublemaker. He may need to hide his identity (He may be blacklisted from certain places) or just force of habit (he's probably done it for a long time).

One Fish, Two Fish, Blowfish, Blue Fish - S2-E11
Corrected entry: At the start of the episode, you see the meatloaf inside a metal tin in the microwave. Heat waves reflect off metal, so the microwave should have been blown up.
Correction: Putting metal in a microwave doesn't make it blow up, it just creates sparks everywhere.

The Simpson's 138th Show Spectacular - S7-E10
Corrected entry: In this episode Troy shows us that when Maggie is scanned it says "NRA4EVR". If you pause any other episode you will see that when Maggie is scanned it reads "$847.63".
Correction: Not a mistake, it's a joke.

Tree House of Horror II: A Simpsons Halloween - S3-E7
Corrected entry: When Homer buys the severed hand, the person selling it says "I strongly advise you not to purchase this item". Then why is he even selling it in the first place if he'd advise people not to buy it?
Correction: He may only want certain people (such as those he does not like) to buy it. He's advising Homer not to buy it as he's done no wrong in the seller's books.
19th May 2004
Corrected entry: This episode takes place in 2030, and it's said that Lisa was just inaugurated President. There will be a presidential inauguration in 2029, not 2030.
Correction: Not necessarily. Although not routine, there may be an inauguration in 2030 if the previous president's term is terminated early for some reason (e.g. they die or are impeached, or simply resign).
