V (1984)

The Champion - S2-E14

Plot hole: In the opening scene we see Mike and Kyle driving in the truck. Kyle remarks that Mike has been driving since midnight and it is broad daylight outside. So they have supposedly been driving for several hours. Yet they start talking about their mission as if they have only just got in to the truck. As anyone who has been in that kind of situation knows, everyone always discusses the important stuff at the start of the journey, so it is clear that the scene has been poorly scripted. (00:02:00)

The Sanction - S2-E5

Plot hole: Kyle asks Elizabeth how she knocked out the guys at the theater, but he didn't actually see what happened as he was across the street facing away from the theater. And Elizabeth wouldn't have told him as she was trying to keep it a secret. (00:12:30 - 00:20:00)

A.P.E.X. (1994)

Plot hole: When the first sterilisation unit encounters Nicholas in the desert, he commands it to 'cease operation' and it becomes harmless. There was no reason why he couldn't have used the same command later on in the movie when he encountered deadly robots, particularly when one was teleported to the lab. (00:16:40)

A.P.E.X. (1994)

Plot hole: When the team are trapped in the lab corridor, Nicholas uses the code 90258 to stop the countdown. Trouble is, in that timeline Nicholas was a tech soldier, not a scientist so the code would have been set by someone else, and not by him. His code should never have worked. (00:58:40)

Plot hole: When the general approaches Steiner in the train yard, he says 'you didn't seem so discriminating a moment ago' implying that he saw Steiner help the Jewish girl onto the train. But this is impossible, as there was a moving train between himself and Steiner when the incident happened. For all he knew Steiner could be blameless. (00:13:00)
