Factual error: In the opening shot of the episode they show a plane landing at an airport, and it says Dulles International Airport on the screen. There is even a nice shot of the US Capitol building in the background, the problem is that Dulles Airport is about 25 miles from Washington, if the shot is real it was filmed at Reagan National Airport. Factual error: Without getting into the physics of the whole thing, there is no way a shotgun, and especially a shotgun with the kind of shells they were using, could knock a full grown man down like that. At worst he would be bruised from the re-coil, or the weapon would fly out of his hand, depending on how he was holding it at the time he fired.

Audio problem: When Det. Middlestat is searching the body of Stephen Bracken she says something to the effect of, "He has no wallet, we will need to get his finger prints", buy her lips do not move at all until the last word or 2 of the sentence.

Other mistake: Sam asks Leo if she can see his gun, then she points it at him. He laughs and says the clip is removed and that he would never have let her have a loaded gun. She shows him the clip she has stolen from his pocket, loads it into the gun, and cocks it. When she cocks it, a round comes out, meaning that there was already a round in the chamber, so he did give her a loaded gun. She only had one shot, but it was still loaded.

Continuity mistake: When Mort is in Ken's office telling him about John harassing him. Ken punches the right side of the chess clock down to start it. Then Mort punches the left side, his right to stop it. Then when the camera switches back to Mort's point of view the the left side is up and the right side is down, then Ken punches down the left side to start it, when the right side should have been the one he had to press down to start it.

Trivia: I am not sure if he has it on earlier, but in some of the scenes on the pirate ship, Sloth has a Raiders shirt on. The actor John Matuszak played football for the Oakland/L.A. raiders.

Factual error: When Harry's wife is meeting the used car salesman, he says to meet her under the Key Bridge on K street, that would be hard because the Key Bridge is actually over the Potomac river. If that scene was shot in DC it is on K street, under the Whitehyrst freeway. (00:57:30 - 00:58:50)
