Bug: Episode 2, Get Tannen: When the man at the speakeasy says "Who told you to come here?", answer the question with Hieronymus Bosch. After this line, the man at the speakeasy can be seen with his head literally through the door. Then he pulls his head back into the speakeasy door. This will only happen if he says "What will you do tomorrow?"

Bug: Walk through the higher ground parts of the Bikini Bottom: Restaurant District. The higher ground parts are between the exit to Downtown Bikini Bottom and the exit to Boating School Test Course. On the fifth part of the higher ground, there will a zombie who will be seen with one of his feet OVER the edge of the higher ground. This zombie and SpongeBob are still able to walk totally fine despite this.

Bug: Level One: Approach Goo Lagoon Pier in Goo Lagoon to confront Man Ray. If you approach from the left after down jumping from a higher ground, notice the first half of the pier is completely empty and Scooter is seen standing on the next corner. Then as you continue to walk towards the pier, a zombie guy miraculously appears in shot.

Bug: Maggie has an ability where she can crawl through ventilation systems and turn on a switch by spitting her pacifier at it. If not directly facing the switch, the pacifier may miss the switch by an inch or two, but the switch will still get turned on anyways.

Bug: Mob Rules: On the Wii version, after destroying the billboard on construction site, (the one after Grandpa Simpson becomes part of the mob), all of the debris will pass through the ground when it collapses.

Bug: Level One: Mr. Krabs gives you the mission to give the Krabby Patty to Patrick in Jellyfish Fields. If you talk to him before finishing the mission, he starts talking. When he finishes he goes back to counting his money. His hand however never moves back to counting. His hand are placed together, then in an instant frame he starts counting.

Bug: Whenever Mr. Krabs counts his money, there is never anything in his hands. Then as soon as he turns his hands there is a line there showing us the dollar. When he returns to counting the dollar is no longer there but he continues to count.

Bug: If the player puts Bart in the living room, and Marge walks into the room and exits, she will walk into the wall before exiting and keep trying to walk for a few seconds.

Bug: Level 7 only. Get Felix and put him on the right hand side of the first row of the apartment when the rubble falling off the building is about to fall past the window or two above you. If you push left on the joystick, you won't move left at all, leaving the rubble to land on you and lose a life.

Bug: Lisa The Tree Hugger: When Lisa is jumping through the animals and logs in the water, if she misses a jump and begins to fall into the water, a bug might occur where she ends up back at the starting point. A jump onto a turtle. After missing, instead of ending up in the water, she might end up back where she started.

Bug: Lisa The Tree Hugger: At one point, Lisa will have to use her Buddha hand ability to place three waste buckets onto a conveyor belt. After two of those buckets go in, the machine that the conveyor belt leads to will explode. The third one will remain on the conveyor belt but will disappear when it reaches the destroyed machine.

Bug: Try and walk around the car in the Simpson garage from the right. After walking past the boot, it won't let you walk around the left side of the car.

Bug: Partway through the boat level, on the third or fourth room on an inside layer (top floor), there will be some square-shaped hole with a hand bar around it. If you jump on to the hand bar, you will be stuck and won't be able to move an inch. If you try to move, the screen will just rotate. The only way to get off will be to get killed.

Bug: The Land of Chocolate: To end the level, the game will need the player to smash all of the chocolate rabbits. If there are two left and you destroy one of them, the level will still end even with one of them still alive.

Bug: Kashyyk Training: If you get smashed by one of the logs whilst training, you go straight through the log.

Bug: Bot Boneyard: Pac-Man and Orson have a conversation as soon as Pac-Man lands in the pit. The "Select" button allows you to skip a line. If you rapidly push the "Select" button as the lines come up, you end up having the last line stay on the screen for a few seconds after the game level has started.

Bug: Bot Boneyard: Pac-Man lands in the pit and he takes a look around. The shot cuts to what Pac-Man can see. As the shot pans around, the black paint on the walls disappears from shot.

Bug: Level Three: On the way back from Sandy giving you the mission to pick up her bag, you will get to a part where an electric eel is circling three floating objects. As you jump onto the three floating objects, it is noticeable that the eel just pops up on screen.

Bug: Level Three: When you break the barrier closest to The Flying Dutchman, you can see the barrier goes through the person behind it. That's only if the person behind it is right behind the barrier when it is broken.

Bug: Level Three: Break the barrier near the bus station in Rock Bottom. After walking past it, look closley in the far background. As you continue to walk you can see a person just pop up on screen.
