Continuity mistake: After running through the woods getting soaked by pouring rain, Casha arrives on Kollos' doorstep with her hair neatly coiffed and perfectly dry. In fact, within minutes of coming in out of the downpour, Casha, Leonora and Tone all have completely dry hair and clothes. (00:15:00)

Continuity mistake: Danno, posing as a photographer on the beach, snaps the shutter at a bikini-clad girl and quips, "I only wish I had some film." Seconds later, he takes a picture of the suspects that's then used to identify them. The scene is continuous, and at no time did he ever load film into the empty camera, nor did he have another one. Continuity mistake: When Cora goes upstairs, her cat is curled up asleep in a chair. In the next, close-up shot, the cat is awake and sitting at the edge of the chair cushion, looking up at Monk with its front feet hanging over the side. When the shot cuts to wide angle again, kitty is instantly back in his original position, snoozing far from the edge and curled up against the pillows. (00:32:45)

Continuity mistake: While she stands at attention and the Sgt. Major chews out her unit for fighting, Dodger's hair keeps recombing itself every time the shot changes angles. Her bangs are parted, then solid across her forehead, then parted again. (00:20:00)

Continuity mistake: At the end, the buried biker digs himself out of his grave and shuffles to the smokehouse. When he attacks Farmer Vincent, all the soil and mud stains have vanished from his clothing. Guess he must have stopped off at Zombies-R-Us for some fresh new duds. (01:30:00)

Continuity mistake: During their "picnic" in the hotel room, Elise asks Richard what time it is. As he says that he doesn't care, his hands are both down and out of frame. When the angle changes, his right hand is suddenly raised to chin level, holding the champagne glass, with no time for a natural transition to that pose. (01:30:00)

Continuity mistake: When he's tied up in the stable, Richard knocks down and breaks a lantern to cut himself free. He then sits directly in front of it to cut his bonds, and doesn't move to either side before standing up. When he does stand, though, the broken lantern is suddenly more than a foot to his left instead of behind him. (01:24:25)

Continuity mistake: Hall leaps through the plate glass window. In the interior shot, he breaks the glass and is 3/4 of the way through the opening (up to his knees) - until we cut to a view from outside the window. Then he's just crashing through at shoulder level. (00:22:45)
