Minority Report (2002)

Corrected entry: When they get on the subway train and are retina-scanned, one of the passengers is seemingly scanned through her eyelids, or at least the flash of light appears only on her lids. This should not be possible with how retina scans identify very fine details. (00:45:05)

Correction: This is taking place 50 years from now, it is not inconceivable that scientists would have figured out such a new technology. While some scanners in the movie seem to need full access to the eye, there's nothing to say that the larger static scanners in public places can't work more efficiently.

Blackadder (1986)

Bells - S2-E1

Corrected entry: When Edmund goes to see the wise woman, she advises that one option to get out of his predicament would be to "kill Bob". He hasn't told her Bob's name at this point, only that he is in love with his manservant. Although the "wise woman" is a crone and could be thought to have insight of this nature, she's portrayed as far too rubbish.

Eliza

Correction: The first thing she says to him is "Hail Edmund, Lord of Adders Black", she couldn't know who he was since she's a recluse and Edmund tells Baldrick that he'd rather trust Dr Leech then some old crone - so she has some ability in the mystical to know his name.

Corrected entry: After Talos shipwrecks the Argonauts, Jason is floating with the figurehead of Hera. She tells him to look at Talos' ankles to find a weakness. The weakness is in fact a huge valve on the back of one of his heels, not ankles, as we later see.

Eliza

Correction: Hera actually says to Jason (referring to Talos) "look to his ankles" and not look at his ankles, Hera meant this as a general, rather than a specific remark to Jason.

Will

Corrected entry: Why does Indy go all the way to the floor in the Well of Souls and then spray the snakes with petrol to light it. Given his phobia (and general safety precautions - Sallah points out that they are asps and "very dangerous") would he not spray them from above (outside, or hanging from the rope), or even pour some petrol straight down on them, or better still, lower the bucket to the floor and let it tip over. He could easily light it with a dropped torch and never get too near the snakes he hates so much.

Eliza

Correction: And risk damaging the Ark? He needed to see where things were, and pour the gas as necessary. You don't want to damage anything valuable by DROPPING a can of gas (or whatever) from that far up and hoping you only get the snakes.

Corrected entry: While they are in the German camp around the well of souls, Sallah is trying to blend in with the other native workers. As he passes a long table of Germans eating, a few call out in German for water (Wasser) yet he replies in English "I'll go and get you some water" a number of times. Not very undercover.

Eliza

Correction: The scene is set in Egypt, and Sallah is Egyptian, so when the German soldiers want water, he is not going to reply to them in German. He would reply to them in Arabic, but for the sake of expediency with the dialogue, Sallah is speaking in English. Since he is also native to the area, he is also dressed accordingly.
