Continuity mistake: During the final battle between Boone and Decker, at one point, they are wrestling on a wooden bridge, and the board beneath Boone's head breaks in half and falls into the cavern below. (It is even highlighted in a very dramatic shot looking downwards over the whole cavern as it falls) Yet, a few shots later, the board has suddenly re-appeared beneath his head, unbroken.

Continuity mistake: As the police are seen prepping for battle, and Eigerman is delivering the line "Whether it be freaks, commies or third-world y-chromosome mutants we are there - the sons of the free", watch his hands as he picks up the large gun. As the camera cuts during the dialog, his hands have suddenly swapped positions on the gun.

Continuity mistake: The scene where Lilly meets the new art dealer. Lilly holds the brandy in 'his' left hand then right hand then left hand then right hand in different shots. (01:04:00)

Tim and Xandir, Sitting in a Tree... - S2-E11

Continuity mistake: When an Entertainment Weekly magazine falls onto the table and Foxxy and Clara both hold it. If you look at Foxxy's hand you see that her furry bracelets suddenly disappear and then reappear.

Continuity mistake: When Ash & co. are in the boat with Team Rocket (who's dressed as Vikings), watch Brock's shirt sleeve (The one away from Misty) when Misty puts Togepi inside her knapsack. It goes from a dark orange to green (the same color as Brock's vest) for a few frames before turning back. (00:33:26)

Continuity mistake: When Annie Wilkes is shaving Paul Sheldon, when she is almost done she stops shaving and talks to him about something briefly. Before she stops talking there is still some shaving cream under his nose. Then when the camera goes back to Sheldon, after she's done talking, there is no shaving cream under his nose.

Other mistake: Several close-ups of the business cards of Patrick Bateman and his associates reveal a misspelling of the word "Acquisitions" (the "c" is missing - not a small error, given that this is the name of their department).

Continuity mistake: When the people in the car reach a blocking car in the middle of the road, the people decide to race away off-road because the girl is infected. While they're moving to the side of the road, the father of the little kid hits and breaks the left-forward window. A shot later when the car is smoking, the glass is fixed.

Continuity mistake: When Jennifer Tilly is thrown down on a bed wearing a black leather jacket, she sits up immediately and in that shot she isn't wearing the jacket. Very obvious.

Character mistake: In the scene where Carrie is printing an article she has written, the title reads: The Terrible Two's. A successful, educated writer would never have used an apostrophe to pluralize a word. Ever.

Continuity mistake: When Bob the Cucumber shoots everyone, he shoots Steve from Long Island and his girls. The girl in the bluish clothing is wearing shoes that wrap around her ankles. When Bob the Cucumber shoots himself, it shows all of his victims. Look at the girl in the bluish clothing, she is now wearing high heel shoes.

Continuity mistake: When the nose of Speedy Gonzales begins to bleed during the new housemate interview, he asks whether he can use the bathroom again and then speeds off. In that instant, the tuft of hair changes color from dark brown to light brown (the color of his skin).

The Other Cousin - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: Season 1, Episode 5: "The Other Cousin." When Bleh enters her bus home, she receives 50 bucks from a retarded version of Spanky; there she wears her usual brown coat. But as she holds up the bill, she already wears the white fur coat she buys in the NEXT scene.

Clara's Dirty Little Secret - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: Season 1 Episode 2: "Clara's Dirty Little Secret". In the 'La La Labia' musical interlude, we can see Captain Hero and Spanky doing the background vocals. In the last close-up on the two, Captain Hero is missing his cape hanging down his back.
