" Novak puts his hand to his mouth to cover it when he coughs, but in the shot from the security camera and normal view his hand is not at his mouth. (00:01:25)

Continuity mistake: When Blade gets back from the park after meeting with Frost and getting serum, he discovers Frost's men have been there, and sees Whistler. When Blade moves the tape, which is in a metal rotating stand, the stand rotates on its swivel, but in another shot it has only moved a little bit and hasn't rotated either. The tape would've been facing the other direction because the stand swivelled, but instead it remains in the same position. (01:12:30)

Continuity mistake: When Blade, Whistler and Karen are talking in Blade's hideout about vampire legends such as stakes and crosses, Whistler takes out the UV torch and is holding it in his right hand, next shot it is in his left hand, then back to his right hand. (00:27:15)

Continuity mistake: When Blade drops Karen off, she walks to her apartment and as she approaches the elevator a blonde woman walks up to its doors and stops, but in the following shot the blonde woman is now just coming into view and then stands behind the black woman instead of at the elevator doors. Continuity mistake: When Karen is telling Blade about the EDTA and the reaction to vampire blood being energetic, in the first shot Karen is putting the bottle of EDTA down on the table, but in the following wider shot she is still holding the bottle. (01:03:45)

Continuity mistake: When Alexa and Sebastian are walking down a passageway in the pyramid, after everyone else has been killed, they begin to hear aliens all around them and look around. When Alexa shines her torch at an alien, she is on Sebastian's right side, but in the next shot she is on his left side, and her small torch vanishes from her right hand. (01:05:10)

Continuity mistake: When Seth Frank is talking with Luther in the cafeteria of the museum/art gallery, as Luther says, "The secret is research," Seth picks up his cup of coffee grasping it with four fingers, but in the following shot he is holding the cup with its handle. (00:56:40)

Continuity mistake: Just after the explosion in the church, Nico gives the bad news to his wife and mother (I think), and when they stand up the wife's hand is on the mother's back, but in the next shot when Nico's colleagues point to the federal agents her hand is on top of the mother's head. Continuity mistake: When Seth Frank is talking with Luther's daughter while she is sitting at her desk, Seth picks up a framed photograph and his hands are on the bottom of the frame, but in the next close-up of the picture one hand is at the top and one at the bottom. (01:07:15)

Continuity mistake: When Sebastian comes out of the hole to reveal the video camera he found, his red t-shirt has no mud/dirt on the front, but in the following shot when Sebastian is walking to the tent, there is a rather large long streak of mud/dirt on his t-shirt. (00:05:15)

Continuity mistake: At the end of the film when Max is at the bar and is talking to Luke, Stan appears and puts his hand on Max's back. In the front shot of Max and Stan, Stan's fingers are now on Max's shoulder, not on his back as in the previous shot. (01:24:00)

Continuity mistake: In the middle of the film when the federal agents knock at Nico's. The federal agent says " here's the warrant Toscani ", in this shot, we see the agent with four fingers on the front of the warrant and only his thumb on the back, but in the following shot, he is two fingers at the front and two bent back at the back of the warrant. Continuity mistake: Near the end of the film when Nico is shooting at the bad guys in the hotel room where the priest is. Nico drags his colleague who has been shot in the arm past a mirror, in one shot the mirror is intact, but in the following shot the mirror has now been smashed. We did not hear a smash from a bullet hitting the mirror. (01:12:05)

Continuity mistake: Near the beginning of the film we see Nico and the other agents at the meat place getting ready for a drugs bust. Nico and his colleague are walking and they see a car driving fast to the drug dealers. When the shot changes to a front view we see Nico and the other agent on the right of the screen, Nico is taking his white coat off so we see his black leather jacket underneath, but in the following shot he is taking his white coat off again. Continuity mistake: When Sebastian starts to crawl back out of the hole after discovering the Pepsi-cola cap, the guy with the camera is holding the camera with his right hand, but in the following shot he is holding it with both hands. (00:03:50)

Continuity mistake: When Hardy and Osborne are questioning Dr. Vilmer in the hospital, Osborne grabs a book with her left hand, but in the following shot, both hands are on the book. (00:59:10)

Continuity mistake: After Hardy storms out of the interrogation room he goes outside. Osborne and Hardy begin to talk under a wooden shelter and Hardy lights up a cigarette then looks briefly at Osborne, but in the following shot his back is to Hardy and is facing the camera. (00:45:40)

Continuity mistake: When Hardy and Osborne go to visit Kendall in the hospital, before Osborne says, "Should we go and see Kendall now..." Doc has his arms crossed in front of him, but in the following shot his arms are down at his sides. (00:26:45)
