Shalwar Kameez - S4-E3

Continuity mistake: Quinn is clean shaven when sitting by the pool with his girlfriend. The action shifts to Carrie in Pakistan and then back to DC where Dar confronts Quinn in the motel. Quinn now has a mustache and a bit of goatee, which he has for the balance of the episode. While the precise timeline is unclear, everything is fast paced and it seems that virtually no time has elapsed, certainly not enough time for Quinn to have grown a mustache.

Continuity mistake: The position of Zoe's sweater on her right shoulder is constantly changing while Luther is holding her dead body near the end of the episode.

Everlasting - S5-E11

Continuity mistake: Oliver puts his vest on over his white shirt to leave the station to help Andy search for the fugitive. A jacket is never in sight. He is shown throughout all of the following scenes in his vest with white shirt. They apprehend the fugitive and return him to the station but Oliver is now wearing a jacket when he gets out of the police cruiser. When he goes back out on patrol, the jacket is missing.

Ivan - S1-E17

Continuity mistake: Agent Keen breaks the train window and dives through the broken glass and cuts her face in two places as she pursues the young man. Her two cuts alternate throughout the following scenes on the train from dripping blood to barely scratches. That evening at home with her husband her face is practically clear and at Reddington's home later that evening her skin is perfect.

Out with a Bang - S2-E12

Continuity mistake: No snow in all exterior scenes except for when Chief Bowden pays a return visit to have dinner with the female resident of the building which was a fire scene early in the episode. He gets out of his car and walks to the building with several inches of snow on the ground. The immediate next scene of Shay (supposedly the same time) has spotlessly clean streets.

Endgame - S1-E15

Continuity mistake: The ground is dry and clear throughout the entire episode in all exterior scenes, until the snow covered ground in the background when Duncan is driving to Ellen's house about 2/3 through the episode.

Aletheia - S3-E12

Continuity mistake: Harold, Shaw and Harold's friend escape from their captors early in the episode. They smash the front driver's side window of a parked car, which they hot wire to drive to the bank where the tapes are stored. When they arrive at the bank, the window is in perfect condition.

Continuity mistake: Bing Crosby and Rosemary Clooney are in the bar for a late night glass of milk. Bing puts down the pitcher twice.

Continuity mistake: Saul, Dar and Lockhardt leave Saul's office and walk through an open door into the adjacent conference room. The connecting door remains open but in the next shot the door is now closed, enabling Saul to lock the senator in the conference room.

Continuity mistake: Near The End of the episode, just after Danny's family is looking at the Statue of Liberty, Danny puts his arm around Linda, and then does it a second time.

The Animals - S1-E7

Continuity mistake: In this episode the team is challenged by bank robbers who are trapped inside the bank. The exterior shots, of which there are many, show perfectly dry streets. The robbers tunnel underground for their escape and when they emerge the entire area is covered with snow. They couldn't have traveled that far underground in a few minutes.

Every Silver Lining - S8-E2

Continuity mistake: Quinn brings Deb into the interrogation room and puts his coffee cup down about 6-8 inches from the end of the table. He then moves his chair and begins to talk to Deb without touching the coffee. In the next several shots the cup has moved to the middle of the desk, and the amount of steam rising from the cup keeps increasing as it sits there.

Carcasses - S2-E2

Continuity mistake: Walt and Vic are in the compost heap digging around. Vic is without gloves while digging and when drinking the offered drink. She then resumes digging around with rubber gloves suddenly on her hands.

The Fast and the Furriest - S5-E20

Continuity mistake: Beckett's sweatshirt changes position on her left shoulder throughout the scene in which she and Castle are sitting in bed discussing Bigfoot. Her sweatshirt is initially covering her shoulder and then keeps going lower and lower off her shoulder every time the camera comes back to her .

One Percent - S2-E14

Continuity mistake: Immediately before Logan Pierce, who Reese is protecting, jumps into his fancy sports car to pull away from valet parking, the street is packed with traffic, has multiple lanes, a divider. Yet, in the next scene he is pulling out and accelerating the car in an empty single lane street with parked cars and trucks.

Continuity mistake: Near the end of the film when Hannah goes to Elliot's house to make up with him, she parks her Volvo SUV directly in front of the door. In fact, the car is visible behind her when she enters the home. Then when she leaves after they argue, she has to walk pretty far up the street to her car, giving him time to catch her.

C.O.D. - S2-E9

Continuity mistake: Reese orders the cab driver to smash through a car blocking their escape which causes considerable damage to the front driver's side of the car. This damage is shown in one of those computerized captured pictures this show uses throughout each episode. Then in the next scene, when the cabbie is standing alongside his now parked cab, the front driver's side is now perfect, but when he walks around the car to talk to Reese, the passenger side is damaged. The passenger side had been untouched in the crash.

Continuity mistake: Near the end of the film, when all the main characters pull up in a jeep to meet David and Steven who have just returned to earth, Jasmine leaps out first and is shown running alone toward them, yet Connie gets to the men first. This cannot be explained by Connie being faster than Jasmine as the distance is too short(the rest of the group stroll to the men in only seconds). Connie would have to run like the wind.

A Guesthouse Divided - S4-E3

Continuity mistake: Divya places a pizza slice on the table in front of Hank with the pizza crust toward the right of the screen. In the next shot with Hank's arms still at his side, the plate with the pizza is now positioned further to the left of the screen and the slice is turned so that the crust is now on the left.
