Continuity mistake: In this episode the team is challenged by bank robbers who are trapped inside the bank. The exterior shots, of which there are many, show perfectly dry streets. The robbers tunnel underground for their escape and when they emerge the entire area is covered with snow. They couldn't have traveled that far underground in a few minutes.
Factual error: When asked about a trial Sebastian Berger replies that there was a jury verdict on a trial that took place in Germany. Germany has no jury based court system.
Other mistake: When Rebecca is telling Dorn about Etienne's death, she explains that his room was right above the garage and after the explosion she "tried to go in, but the room was gone." Yet at the end of the episode when Louis goes into Etienne's room, it is fully intact, including pictures taped to the wall.
