Santa Comes to Visit and Stays and Stays - S6-E14

Plot hole: Mrs. Kravitz, while standing in the Stephenses' front doorway, sees Santa Claus and assumes that it's Darrin in costume. However, the very next shot shows Santa exiting the kitchen (around the corner from the front door) and starting up the hallway toward the living room. There is no possible way Mrs. Kravitz could have seen him when she said she did. (00:09:30)

Juno (2007)

Continuity mistake: As Juno is walking into the abortion clinic, an exterior shot shows that there is only one entrance door. The shot of her entering from inside the clinic shows a double-door entrance. (00:17:50)

Sling Blade (1996)

Continuity mistake: When Karl is at the Frosty Cream, in the shots of Karl there is absolutely no traffic on the street behind him. But in the shots of the Frosty Cream employee, look at the window to the left. A reflection of the street behind Karl shows a steady stream of traffic passing by. (00:20:40)

Trivia: In the opening credits, the three girls are shown running down a hill that has several flowers growing on it. In reality, the flowers were fakes, and Melissa Sue Anderson (Mary) tripped over one of the fakes during one take and gave herself whiplash.

Marriage, Witches' Style - S5-E21

Revealing mistake: In addition to Samantha, Elizabeth Montgomery also played Serena. In scenes where both characters appeared, Elizabeth would face the camera and play one character and another actress, Melody McCord, would play the other with her back to the camera. But in this scene, when Mr. Beams tells Serena she has a luncheon date with her intended at the rotisserie, Melody (portraying Samantha), with her back to the camera, inadvertently turns her head, revealing her face.
