Continuity mistake: In the beginning right before the tour guide says, "Let's move it people," you can see a guy in a white outfit and a guy in a blue shirt and a hat just over the tour guide's left shoulder. The scene cuts when he turns and the two have disappeared. (00:03:20)

Continuity mistake: In the beginning when Van Helsing kills the first bride with holy water he sits on the church steps. In the wide angle shot there is a lot more snow on the steps than in the close up shot. (00:32:55)

Continuity mistake: When the friar is about to stake Van Helsing at the end, it shows him taking an overhand swing with the stake up ready to plunge. Then it cuts and the friar is grasping the stake, which is down by his waist. Then it cuts to the first shot again. (01:52:35)

Continuity mistake: Right after Jenny throws Edward's shoes on the line, the three other characters put their hands out to pull him back into town. The woman puts her hand on his back in one shot, then it's on his shoulder in the next, then back to his back in the next. (00:33:35)

Continuity mistake: When Julia is beating up Max in the police station, the TV behind the glass shows a wide angle shot of the room. When the cop rushes in to stop her the TV shows a close-up shot from a different angle. (01:28:40)

Continuity mistake: When Marisa stands up in front of the slide projector, her back is to it. However, when it shows her shadow on the slide, it is her profile that is shown. (00:07:25)

Continuity mistake: When Edward meets Karl after leaving Specter he walks out of the forest to the road on leaves. Even the shot looking down from Karl's point of view shows leaves all the way to the road. When the camera cuts to show down the road as they walk, only grass can be seen from the road to the edge of the screen. (00:40:50)

Continuity mistake: When the art dealer enters the office, Menchu quickly takes the x-ray of the painting down and puts it in the envelope. She then starts walking toward Julia who has the envelope under her arm. This was done without giving it to her. (00:05:35)

Continuity mistake: When Specter's poet hands Edward the poem in the close up, the poet is leaning against the tree. Then it cuts to a different camera angle and the poet is sitting out from the tree. (00:34:05)

Continuity mistake: After the bad guys shoots the pilot, blood squirts onto the window. However the next shot shows the chopper heading down (with the dead pilot) but there is no blood on the window. (00:19:55)

Continuity mistake: The site where Berenger put the marker down by the river and the site where the mercenary picked up the marker don't look the same (different rock pile, different tree, different barbed wire configuration, etc.). (00:56:35 - 00:57:55)

Continuity mistake: When Zane enters the ruins after going crazy he fires three bullets at his shadow and hit the wall. After he falls to the ground laughing the camera pans out and there are no more bullet holes where he shot at the wall. (01:21:05)

Continuity mistake: When Berenger takes Zane into his room, he puts his keys down on a crate. In the shot just prior to that there's a book where the keys are laid. (00:24:25)

Continuity mistake: When the Surgeon is torturing Beckett, Beckett's arms are about shoulder width apart tied to the bamboo. A couple scenes later, his arms are tied further apart. This makes it really odd because the Surgeon was cutting his finger, which is about a foot away from where he stands up. (01:28:25 - 01:29:35)

Continuity mistake: When playing football, Edward vaults over the guy stepping on his back. In the far off shot looking at the pile there is someone in front of the guy he vaults off of. When it does a close up of him there's no one in front of him so he ends up eating grass. (00:20:25)

Continuity mistake: When Zane walks into the cantina and asks for a game of pool, the guy has just broke the rack with most of the balls staying where they were. The next shot shows all the balls being closer to the side rail than they were. (00:22:05)

Continuity mistake: When Jenny is getting Edward's shoes when he is in Specter, it shows a shot of the poet, with one hand above the table and one below (and he's not rocking). Then it immediately cuts to a shot of him rocking with both hands holding a cup of coffee. (00:32:40)

Continuity mistake: After the poet grabs his poem back from Edward he has the book folded in half and starts to sit down. When it shows a close-up of him sitting the book isn't folded in half. (00:34:30)

Continuity mistake: When Zane is coming in by chopper, the soldier gets shot up and Zane takes out his weapon to shoot. The blood on his finger changes from the wide shot of him and the weapon and the close-up shot of his finger on the trigger. (00:20:50)

Continuity mistake: When the pilot is shot, blood shoots onto the window in the upper right part of the screen (where the glass and the metal meet). Later, the blood is squarely in the middle of the window. (00:19:55)
