Continuity mistake: After the failed attempt to drop a mace on Mr. Ginormous' head, the giant grabs Jack, Tom, and Jerry and taunts them. He then throws them onto the table and Jack's hat comes off and flies away from him. Shot changes angle to Jack trying to sit up and pop off at Ginormous and suddenly his hat is right next to him.
Continuity mistake: After Storybook Town is back up and running, Tom and Jerry are shown giving a musical performance on stage with Jerry dancing on a stool as Tom plays the fiddle. Tom hits Jerry off the stool with the bow and Jerry flops down face first onto the hard wood boards of the stage. The first shot shows him land right on the line between two boards. It cuts to a close up of Jerry and he is suddenly almost exactly in the middle of a board. Then it cuts back again and now he is off to one side of the board, but not quite on the line.
Continuity mistake: After Jack presents his mother with the deed of the mortgage paid off for Storybook Town, she hugs him and begins walking him back towards the gate. In the close up, the sidewalk is shown to be elevated about 2 inches higher than the street. When it cuts back to show them walking towards the gate, the sidewalk is suddenly flush with the street.
Continuity mistake: Jack is shown scaling across the thread they bridged between the wall shelf and the painting, and he gets half way across while Farmer O'Dell is distracting Mr. Ginormous with his recitation. Yet when it shows him again, Jack has made barely any distance across the thread at all.
Continuity mistake: During his musical number, Mr. Ginormous takes the Shoe House from the "Little old lady that lived in the shoe" and puts it on his foot to wear, ripping the roof off and forcing the residence out. Yet a little later, as the people of Fairyland realize that Jack is the Jack from the prophecy, the little old lady and the kids are shown back in their shoe house, with it perfectly fine and back to the way it was.

Continuity mistake: As the birds welcome Jack, Tom, and Jerry to Fairyland, Moby Dick surfaces from the river and they all turn to look. One of the birds is to the right of Jack's head, and the other two are on his left side. It cuts back to a far shot as the whale is popping up from the water and suddenly all three birds are on Jack's left. Then as the whale makes its way towards the bridge, a view from behind Jack shows the birds have vanished, only to reappear in the next shot.
Continuity mistake: Once the beanstalk begins growing, it finally wakes up Jack, Tom and Jerry. As Tom is realizing what's going on, he is slowly drifting off the stalk, and there is no part of it on his left side. It cuts to a close up of Tom as he screams with realization, and suddenly there is a portion of the beanstalk to his left between him and the camera.
Continuity mistake: Once Jack puts the beans in the ground, Jerry covers them up with dirt and pats it down flat. The dirt is perfectly level with the rest of the ground. Then Jack yawns and stretches, and it cuts back to Tom and Jerry. Suddenly the dirt covering the beans is a small mound sticking up with Jerry standing on it.
Continuity mistake: As Jack is walking away from Farmer O'Dell, the farmer says "They may not look like much. But they'll do miracles... If you believe." This causes Jack to get a shocked expression on his face, opening his mouth and bugging out his eyes. Cut to a close up of Jack and suddenly his mouth is only open half as much as it was, and his eyes are suddenly looking to the side rather than straight forward.
Continuity mistake: After Farmer O'Dell pulls out the pouch full of magic beans and tells Jack they are magic, Tom rolls his eyes and looks away, holding his hand out to his side with Jerry standing on it. The camera changes angles to a side view, and suddenly Tom is looking at the beans and his hand is in front of him holding Jerry.
Continuity mistake: Farmer O'Dell uses magic to grow some grass out of his hat, and feeds it to Hermione. She graciously takes the mouth full of grass and turns away with it, half of it still sticking out of her mouth as she is chewing. The camera cuts to another angle and suddenly she has finished it all and is just looking and listening to Farmer O'Dell in wonder.
Continuity mistake: As Jack reaches the fairgrounds looking for the circus, he sees the train about to leave. The far shot shows some workers by the ramp of one of the train cars, with an elephant partly sticking out of the side, but nobody is moving at all. It cuts to a closer view and suddenly, instantly they are moving the elephant inside.
