Continuity mistake: When Edgar is escorting George up the stairs, George's cane gets caught in Edgar's legs. However, in the very next shot, the cane is held high up in the air by George, when it should be still caught up in Edgar's legs. (00:04:56)
With the help of O'Malley's musician friends, Duchess and the three kittens (Berlioz, Marie and Toulouse) are rescued and Edgar is sent to Timbuktu, Africa. Madame Adelaide starts a home for cats, Edgar is out of the will and O'Malley is adopted. The cats and the other animals sing part of "Ev'rybody Wants to be a Cat".
Question: I wasn't sure which Disney film to ask about this, as it occurs in many (Alice in Wonderland, Fox and the Hound, Lady and the Tramp etc.) - But in many of the Dinsey films, most of the time many of the characters don't cast a shadow. Is there a reason for this? Or maybe would it be considered a mistake..?
