Continuity mistake: When "Brittany" is beating up the male strippers, she is wearing tan slippers in the beginning of the fight and blue slippers at the end of it.

Plot hole: Given that the FBI was constantly monitoring the Wilson sister's room with a camera outside the door, they would have seen Kevin leaving the room dressed as himself and recognized him.

Continuity mistake: When the girls go into the toilet when Karen is being sick, in one shot 'The Wilsons' are holding her hair scruffily on top of her head, then in the next shot her hair is quite neat and pushed behind her shoulders.

Audio problem: When Kevin, as Brittany, is in the hotel lobby she starts to write a letter she says "Dear Mister Royal Hampton." then it cuts to a behind shot and she says "I am a white woman in America." but his jaw doesn't move.

Plot hole: Kevin and Marcus are supposed to be bringing Brittany and Tiffany to the hotel in the Hamptons. But they get into a car crash on the way and have to stop somewhere else. When at the stop, they tell the girls to stay in the hotel and they become the girls. The problem, when they get to the hotel dressed as the girls, the two men (Marcus and Kevin) are supposed to do the hand off to the FBI agents at the hotel. But they aren't even there because they are dressed up as the girls. How does the FBI go the entire movie without once contacting them and especially, how do the FBI agents accept the girls without the correct handoff from Kevin and Marcus?

Continuity mistake: While Marcus and Latrell are on a date, and Kevin takes the car it is dark outside. After the scene that Marcus calls Kevin to tell them they are done eating, there is a scene showing the other two agents looking through the "Wilson's" room and it is light out. The following scene is when they are all at the club, after Marcus' and Latrell's date.

Continuity mistake: When the Vandergeld sisters are on stage at the fashion show, they hear a sound and look up and see the buckets of paint. In the next shot, their heads are down as the paint hits.

Revealing mistake: When one of the 'Wilson' sisters leaves with Latrell for their date (after he starts singing to her), the car they get into is supposed to be valet delivered just before they step into it, yet when it pulls away there is a visible dry spot on the road beneath it. Clearly the car had been parked on that spot for long enough that the heat from the engine dried the wet pavement underneath it, which would take far longer than the length of one song.

Continuity mistake: When Kevin and Denise are having a glass of wine at Latrell's house, the wine glass goes from her right hand to her left hand and then she is empty-handed.

Continuity mistake: When Kevin and Marcus are talking to the other two agents, their positions change. When they are shown from the front, they are standing right next to each other. When they are shown from behind, the is a least a foot between them.

Continuity mistake: After Karen (Busy Phillips) tells off a longtime crush-turned-jerk, "Tiffany" (Marlon Wayans) comforts her. Tiffany puts (his) hands on the sides of Karen's neck and tells her a little line about "guys not seeing the beautiful thing right in front of them," or something to that effect. Watch the shots here carefully - facing Karen, Tiffany's hands are on both sides of Karen's neck. From the shot behind Karen, however, one of Tiffany's hands is on her shoulder. Both hands are back on her neck in the next shot.

Continuity mistake: Given how long it takes to air brush all exposed skin that's not a prosthetic (neck, hands, arms, etc.) it would not have been possible for Marcus and Kevin to apply their makeup in any amount of a reasonable time when their friends show up for the slumber party.

Other mistake: At the beginning of the film, The Real Wilson sisters are portrayed as being vindictive, stuck up and spiteful. But at the end of the film, their personas have changed to typical "dumb blondes."

Other mistake: When Marcus' wife is at the restaurant, she hands her credit card to the waitress who comes back just a few seconds later to not only tell her the card was declined but to also have an agent on the phone. Given the scene is shown in realtime - there's no way all that could have been accomplished in just a few seconds.

Other mistake: When Marcus comes out for the first time on the runway with the real Wilson sister he's supposed to be, both of them are wearing the exact same outfits they had just walked the runway with.

Continuity mistake: When Denise ends her broadcast at the end of the movie, the cameraman walks toward her to take her mic. The camera then changes angles and the cameraman is now instantly gone and Kevin now appears in front of her.

Continuity mistake: When the Copelands (as the Wilsons) are shopping and Karen is helping Marcus into his clothes, Marcus says he is size 14. The shot showing the back of Karen before this shows her right pigtail hanging over both sides of her shoulder. The next shot showing her face shows it is all behind her shoulder.

Factual error: When Kevin and Marcus pick up the Wilson sisters, we see them driving away on a back road by the airport. The issue is that there are no roads or surrounding areas like that in or around JFK airport where they are supposed to be.

Continuity mistake: At the "slumber party" scene where Marcus (as Tiffany) is cornrowing Karen's hair, in the first shot, only about three cornrows are complete. Then, when the camera angle comes back to them, all of her hair is completely cornrowed, which would take longer than just the two minutes it takes in the movie.

Continuity mistake: When Latrell first puts the drinks on the table in front of them, they appear to be two feet apart. However, in the next shot the drinks are only a few inches apart.

Kevin Copeland: Forget him, Marcus. We can do this ourselves. Look, all we gotta is if, if, if.
Marcus Copeland: Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. "We?" Kevin, this ain't about "we." It's never been. It's about you. You come up with some stupid idea and I'm dumb enough to go along with it. And look where its gotten me, Kevin. I just lost my wife and my job because of you. So, don't tell me about "we" no more, all right?
