Visible crew/equipment: In the scene toward the beginning where Bruce is doing the cookie line in the mirror, Sam is in the other room peeing on the couch. When the shot changes to Sam, look to the far right and you can see a finger pointing to where the dog should be looking. The dog even appears to be looking straight in that direction. (00:06:40)
Visible crew/equipment: When Bruce and God were on Mount Everest, there are several scenes where a cross-shaped microphone is visible when they are talking. I'm almost positive this has been fixed on the DVD version. (00:56:10)
Visible crew/equipment: When Bruce goes back to the building toward the end of the movie looking for God and finds it deserted, as he runs through it, you can see the shadow of a figure (a crew member) on one of the columns on the left. It even slightly moves as he's approaching the ladder as if trying to duck away from behind. (01:13:55)
Visible crew/equipment: When Bruce is in the rain with the blue shirt, you can see his microphone under his shirt about 6 inches below his neck. (01:22:20)
Visible crew/equipment: When Grace visits Bruce at the hospital we see a bit of the boom mike. (01:26:35)
Visible crew/equipment: When Bruce is in the diner looking for a spoon, the boom mike drops into view for 2-3 seconds. This happens right before he asks for the spoon. Fixed on DVD.
Visible crew/equipment: When Bruce and God are walking on water and God is explaining the rules of his powers, look at Morgan Freeman's hair, there is an extremely noticeable green tint to it which indicates that it was shot on a green screen.
Suggested correction: This is definitely God's shadow. It's exactly where he appears a little later. So it's not a crew member, but a continuity error because Bruce must have seen him when entering the hall.
