Batman (1989)

Revealing mistake: At the end when they show the Joker dead on the pavement after he fell, look closely during the first few seconds of the shot and you'll see him blink twice. (01:59:05)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Gus goes to apologize to Marcus, the dwarf, when he runs into the dungeon he built, he closes the cardboard window, but in the next shot of his face it's open.

Batman (1989)

Revealing mistake: When the Joker is in the basement getting surgery, he walks up the stairs laughing and when you see the side of his body before the end of the scene, if you look closely, you can see that his face is still normal Caucasian tone.

Bruce Almighty (2003)

Bruce Almighty mistake picture

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene toward the beginning where Bruce is doing the cookie line in the mirror, Sam is in the other room peeing on the couch. When the shot changes to Sam, look to the far right and you can see a finger pointing to where the dog should be looking. The dog even appears to be looking straight in that direction. (00:06:40)

Revealing mistake: Near the end of the film when Amanda and Dr. P almost take off together, there is a shot of them boarding. Look to the top right corner of the screen and for just a split second, you can see a glimpse of Roger chasing after them, along with Amanda's facial expression turn shocked. I'm pretty sure this happens because in the alternate ending Roger caught them when they were boarding.

BASEketball (1998)

Visible crew/equipment: Coop and Remer are shooting hoops at Brittany's party early on. After a few shots, the one after Coop says, "Not total losers", look next to Coop on the left side of the screen and you can get a brief glimpse of a man in a red hat and jeans coming to retrieve the ball. He can be seen each time, but it's most revealing the first time.
