Continuity mistake: As the Chipettes drift into Egyptian territory, their hot air balloon is seized by a guard's grappling hook. At first two of its hooks are lodged into the balloon's basket, but a few seconds later three hooks are lodged there instead. (00:40:40)
Continuity mistake: On their way to the Parthenon, the Chipmunks knock down a fruit vendor's tent. When Dave appears from beneath the sheet a second later we can see how one of the tent's support poles is broken in half, but in the previous shot none of the poles were even close to being damaged as they toppled over. Continuity mistake: When Sisman gets carried off by a shark, the Theodore doll he was holding a moment ago switches to a Jeannette doll on its way to the ocean floor. (00:27:05)

Continuity mistake: After being pulled from the water and placed on a pier, Brittany gets annoyed with Eleanor and the Theodore doll. Between shots, Brittany's position changes - rotating away from Eleanor all of a sudden. (00:27:55)
Continuity mistake: Seconds before Klaus and Claudia introduce themselves in the café, Brittany shouts at Alvin and then places her left hand at her side.
