Sara defeats Jareth and is brought back to her house, where she finds Toby sleeping. She goes into her bedroom and puts the Labyrinth book into her dresser drawer, with the pictures of her mom. She looks into her mirror and in the reflection Sir Didymus, Hoggle, and Ludo say goodbye to her. Hoggle is the last to appear and she tells him she will need him once in a while in her life. He is glad to hear that so Sara turns around in her chair and most of the creatures from the Labyrinth join her in her room and have a party. Outside Sara's window is the owl and he flies off into the night.

Worm: 'Ello.
Sarah: Did you say hello?
Worm: No, I said 'ello, but that's close enough.

Jareth says, "Sarah, don't defy me," and tosses the snake at her neck. In the next shot facing Sarah as she holds the snake, a crew member's hand is seen holding the end of the 'snake' below her right shoulder.

The Baby "Toby" is played by Toby Froud, the son of the man who did the character design, Brian Froud.
