Terminator 2: Judgment Day

Continuity mistake: When the T-1000 is entering Dyson's house, he hears on the police radio that Sarah Connor is at "2144 Kramer." Later, just as the police show up at Cyberdyne's offices, the voice over the radio gives the address as "2111 Kramer." (01:45:25 - 01:49:50)

Revealing mistake: After the Terminator has jumped on to the truck and shot the T-1000 full of bullets he pulls the wheel to the right so that the tanker truck skids and falls but if you look closely you can see that the stunt double for the T-101 merely fakes he's pulling the wheel, and then holds onto the cab and you can see the stuntman for the T-1000 inside the cab turning the wheel before it flicks to the wider shot. Terminator 2: Judgment Day mistake picture

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where the Terminator is stood at the broken window of the Cyberdyne building, just after he has shot the police cars with the Gatling gun, he uses a grenade launcher to fire a grenade through the side window of a police car below. Look carefully and you will see a rectangular package, presumably a small charge fitted by the special effects team, on this side window exactly where the window smashes to simulate the grenade smashing the glass a split second before exploding inside the car. (01:48:30)

Factual error: There is absolutely no way the Police would send a helicopter to a crime scene with only the pilot on board. He has to fly the helicopter close to buildings, trees, power lines, and he may come under fire or have to manoeuvre out of any one of a number of crisis situations, and fast. He cannot possibly serve as an observer or pass on situation reports as well as controlling his aircraft. The fact that they needed an empty seat for the T-1000 is no excuse; he would have an observer on board with him. (01:50:15)

Visible crew/equipment: When the Terminator is catapulted into the factory by the tanker truck, wires are visible holding him up (Slow-mo or pause might help.). (01:52:50)

Suggested correction: At a regular speed, one cannot see any wires.

Terminator 2: Judgment Day mistake picture

Visible crew/equipment: [Special Edition only] Shortly after the Terminator shoots up the police cars outside Cyberdyne, the SWAT team enters the building through the front glass doors. When the shot changes from outside the building to inside, the camera dolly and cameraman are visible in the reflection on the glass doors and windows. (01:54:30)

Continuity mistake: When the T-1000 has stolen a police-motorbike, you can see this is a highway-bike when approaching the building, but becomes a cross bike when going up the stairs. Easiest way to tell is the engine note and the tread on the front tyre. (01:54:45)

Terminator 2: Judgment Day mistake picture

Continuity mistake: When the T-1000 drives his bike throught the glass of the Cyberdyne Systems building to get onto the helicopter, the windshield falls off. When you see it drop to the ground, it's still attached to the bike. (01:56:20)

Terminator 2: Judgment Day mistake picture

Continuity mistake: The T-1000 punches his body through the window of a helicopter to get inside. An instant later, the hole in the windshield is gone. (01:56:35)

Continuity mistake: After the T1000 performs the bike jump to the helicopter he tells the pilot to get out. Watch as he jumps out, the door shuts properly, it then cuts back inside where the T1000 proceeds to close the door for a second time. (01:56:45)

Visible crew/equipment: After the SWAT team flee the Cyberdyne office once they realise it's going to blow, the Terminator, Sarah and John get inside an elevator. When the door closes, the camera can be seen reflected on it. (01:57:30)

Casual Person

Terminator 2: Judgment Day mistake picture

Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the film, when the T-1000 controlled police helicopter bears down on the SWAT truck, Sarah tries to gun it down and the T-1000 returns fire. Look carefully at the shots of the back of the SWAT truck, and notice that the bullet marks made by the T-1000 on the closed door keep changing between shots. (01:57:55)

Visible crew/equipment: A camera and the lower half of the crew are reflected in the T-1000's sunglasses as it cruises through the fires in front of the Cyberdyne Building. (01:58:05)

Terminator 2: Judgment Day mistake picture

Visible crew/equipment: In the Cyberdyne lobby when the Terminator walks towards the SWAT team, you can see unexploded squibs (pyrotechnics) in the wall behind him to his left (before the shooting starts). (01:58:40)

Terminator 2: Judgment Day mistake picture

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where John, Sarah, and The Terminator are in the Cyberdyne building. They have just come down in the lift into the lobby where the SWAT team are waiting and firing gas cylinders. Arnie says his "I'll be back" and walks out of the lift. The SWAT team issue various instructions, then say "OK - drop him!". Now - look carefully. The second they start to fire, look at the SWAT member who is furthest to the left and standing up. If you look right by his shoulder as soon as they start firing, what looks like a crew member walks into the scene, with his hands in his pockets. (01:58:51)

Continuity mistake: As the Terminator and the rest are escaping from Cyberdyne Systems in the police van, the helicopter explodes about five feet before it hits the van. (01:59:00)

Terminator 2: Judgment Day mistake picture

Continuity mistake: The gas that the Terminator shoots at the SWAT members while inside the foyer of the Cyberdyne building, is nowhere near the front door when compared to when the Terminator exits the building. The Terminator has to walk through a gas haze as he opens the front door. (01:59:45)

Terminator 2: Judgment Day mistake picture

Revealing mistake: When the T-800 is being attacked by the SWAT team in the Cyberdyne building, notice that in most of the shots (i.e. when he is being shot in the face, and also when the camera is behind him) Arnie has been replaced by a dummy (his skin is unnaturally pale). When the T-800 pulls out his gun and starts shooting the SWAT team, it's now back to the real Arnie, and notice how none of their bullets are now hitting his face and body, even though shots are still being fired. Continuity mistake: When the Terminator drives the police van into the Cyberdyne building to rescue Sarah and John, one of the van's mirrors becomes crushed in on the side. Once the van is onto the freeway the mirror is intact again. (02:00:30)

Terminator 2: Judgment Day mistake picture

Continuity mistake: When the SWAT van crashes through Cyberdyne's front doors into the lobby, it comes to rest with the rear doors closed. When Sarah and John Connor enter it, it's in a different position and the rear doors are fully open. (02:00:35)

Dr. Silberman: You broke my arm!
Sarah Connor: There's 215 bones in the human body. That's one.
