Continuity mistake: When the T1000 is chasing John, Sarah and the T800 out of the hospital, the license plate on the cop car changes several times: from 999273 when we first see it to 999232 when it actually stops, then to 999001 after it jumps the grass verge, then from 999013 when it starts going straight, to 999018 when the T-1000 latches onto it.
Trivia: Eddie Furlong was warned, at the very beginning of the scene where he rides out of the mall and the T-1000 is chasing him, that Robert Patrick could run exceptionally well. Furlong confidently said that Patrick wouldn't catch him. However, on the very first take, Patrick ran right up and tapped him on the shoulder. So if this was real life, the human race would be in trouble.
Question: Something I've always wondered about T2 since I was a child, why does the T-1000 stick to the appearance of the first person that he killed throughout the whole movie? Any time he kills and takes the form of a person he always changes back to the first policeman he killed, why?dan coakley..
Question: In the Ultimate Edition DVD, after the T-1000 has 'regrouped' after the liquid nitrogen death, his hands and feet take on the pattern of whatever he touches, for example to yellow and black stripes on the rail or the floor pattern. Why does happen and why was it left out of the movie? It's actually the reason John recognises the fake Sarah as an illusion.
