Continuity mistake: When K is cornered by the scavengers, he gets out of the car after they cut the door open. In the shot of one of the scavengers running up to K to attack him, nothing is hanging out of the car door. K then breaks the scavenger's back with his knee and the seat belt is suddenly hanging out of the door. (01:02:45)
Continuity mistake: When Ryan Gosling is talking to Harrison Ford not long after meeting up, Harrison Ford is wearing a grey T-shirt which has sweat stains around the neck. The sweat stains frequently grow, shrink and change shape between shots. (01:51:45)

When this happens, Dr. Stelline's reflection can be seen in the window, with her hands at her side, but when the shot cuts to Stelline, she suddenly has one hand on her nose. (01:22:10)
Continuity mistake: When K shows Joi the emanator he got for her, he has a cigarette in his mouth in one shot, but when he opens the box in the next shot, the cigarette has suddenly gone from his mouth to his hand. (00:19:15)

Continuity mistake: When K is fighting off the scavengers in the scrap yard, he shoots at a few and keeps his gun pointed at them. When he says "stay back", he has his gun pointed forwards in one shot, then pointed to the right in the following shot. (01:02:55)
Continuity mistake: When K is talking to Mariette at the food court, K is holding a photo in his hands. When Mariette puts her hand on K's shoulder, he is still holding the photo, but in the next shot, his hand has suddenly reached his shoulder, trying to move her hand. (00:44:50)
Continuity mistake: After K destroys the two other cars, Luv runs up to the front of the car to see out the front window. She places her left hand on the driver seat, with her hand touching near the bottom of a metal plate attached to the side of the seat. Continuity mistake: When K and Deckard realise that Wallace's thugs have reached them, K picks up a pair of binoculars and looks out to see. The binoculars have a strap extending from them at first, but from another angle, the strap is no longer visible. (01:58:05)
Continuity mistake: When Deckard heads for his car after he is found, he runs into a room with his dog, locking the door. He and the dog then run towards the car, with the dog running ahead of him, but in the next shot, the dog is suddenly behind him. (01:58:35)
Continuity mistake: When Dr Stelline offers to look at K's memory, she begins to remove the lanyard around her neck that is connected to the device she is using. In the shot where she begins to take it off, her left hand is positioned above her right shoulder when the shot ends. When the shot cuts, her left hand is lowered to her side. (01:20:13)
Continuity mistake: Whilst the giant Joi is chatting up K, there are streaks of wet blood shown going down his neck due to his injuries getting rained on. These wet blood streaks continue to grow for the next thirty seconds. When he takes off the bandage over his nose, the wet blood streaks on his neck have disappeared. (02:17:12 - 02:17:55)
Continuity mistake: Just after K has finished scanning Sapper Morton's eye, he stands up and says "Please don't get up" to him. The shot then cuts to Sapper lying on the floor and his right lower arm is raised. It then cuts to a wide shot of the room and Sapper's right arm is suddenly on the floor. (00:08:59)
Continuity mistake: When Luv is first introduced, she is shown pouring tea into a cup placed on a saucer and then raises the saucer. In the close-up of her hands and the cup, her left hand is completely shadowed. The camera then changes angles and half of her left hand is suddenly covered in light, with the other half shadowed. Continuity mistake: When K and his girlfriend are talking about a real boy name for the protagonist, as the camera cuts from one character's face to the other's Ryan Gosling's hands are holding up his chin in some scenes and in others they aren't. (01:15:00)
Continuity mistake: When K swims back to the sinking car to stop Luv and rescue Deckard, K grabs Luv and pushes her up against the ceiling. There is a shot outside of the car looking inside the car, where K has his hand around her neck and is holding onto the side of her face. It then cuts to Luv where K now has his hand entirely around her neck. (02:24:10)
Continuity mistake: When K is asking Deckard about Rachel, just after he asks what was she like, the shot cuts to Deckard where he has his glass tilted to the right. The shot cuts again where the glass is more tilted to the left. (01:53:05)
