Question: When Channing Tatum fixes the chain on the gate in the time replay, why does he yank the West Virginia insignia off the gate? Where is it used? Does the film explain why this is important?
Chosen answer: There was nothing wrong with the gate, he set the sign up to cover the laser sensor so the gate wouldn't open, this held them up and gave Logan time he needed to load the other bags. He yanked the chain to make it look like the chain was caught and causing the problem.
Question: When Logan gets fired, is it part of the plan or was it really liability issues due to his bad leg?
Chosen answer: It really was a liability issue, even though as he said it didn't prevent him doing his job. The liability part was that he didn't mention it when he applied for the job.
Question: What was the deal with the woman in the bank? Why did she get a bag of money at the end of the movie?
Chosen answer: Thanks to her, the group was able to measure the vault in which all the money from the race would be stored, as to know distances and the amount of garbage bags to bring and to ensure the shortest time possible. So they gave her the money for aiding them without her knowing.
Question: Why, in the credits and trailers, does it say "and introducing Daniel Craig as Joe Bang"? Isn't introducing used for new actors, not really famous ones?
Chosen answer: Established actors are not normally listed in the cast credits this way. This appears to have been done as an inside joke.
The Lost Boys
The Black Hole
Joe Bang: I am in-car-ce-ra-ted.
