Plot hole: Reed's plan to teleport the planet away is based on the upscaling of the teleportation device he invented a couple of days prior. Every time he uses it, though, it uses TWO pads: a transmitter and a receiver. It takes the collaboration (and the power grid) of the whole planet to use the transmitter, but the receiver is conveniently absent. It would have invalidated the whole plan.
Plot hole: How did Iris know that the coin would cause the accident?
Suggested correction: Because she saw the coin in her pre-vision.
Plot hole: During the film's climax, Anais is killing Marybeth Medina when, through the darkness of the dimly lit room, she sees a photo on the far wall. As if in a trance, she advances on the photo. As she approaches, to the tune of suspenseful music, her memories return. She remembers her husband and his murderer. One tiny photo made her whole again... Except, Anais has already seen the photo at the beginning of the movie (at 00:03:55), in a well-lit room, up close. (01:33:55 - 01:36:34)
Plot hole: How did Red Guardian drive from Washington, DC to Utah, a distance of more than 2,000 miles, in a limo that can't seem to go more than about 54 mph?
Plot hole: Emily learned Italian during her youth in Rome, thanks to her time there and Dante Versano's tutoring. Considering that a good portion of the movie we don't deal with the real Emily but with another person impersonating her, it's unclear how this imposter could have learned the language and everything else about the family, given she certainly didn't have years to prepare and Emily's life as "Olivia" was not publicly known.
Plot hole: The main character has opted to cut the Lusitania, a ship torpedoed in 1915 south of Ireland and a war grave with 1,200 killed, into 3 pieces and lift the middle section with a couple of flotation devices. The only chance they would have the Irish naval service not putting a stop to this within hours would be on St. Patrick's Day. Interesting as well that the prices are after the cut miraculously far enough apart that the lift goes without any hitch. And neither the Brits nor Irish object. (00:35:00)
Plot hole: At the start of the film, the club are discussing Angela Hughes' murder, and they say they need another member of the club who has a medical background to answer some of their questions on the case. That's why they eventually ask Joyce those questions. But the club actually already has a retired doctor among their number. Ibrahim mentions he's a retired psychiatrist. Having a specialism in psychiatry doesn't change the fact he's a doctor, so he has the necessary medical background.
