Continuity mistake: At the wedding, Christine tells Stephen something quite hurtful; wide-eyed, he asks her how long did she have it in the barrel; a black partygoer walks behind him but is gone in the reverse shot. Moreover, she replies "Long time" and a couple walks past her, only to walk again past Stephen in the next shot.
Continuity mistake: Jack and Neytiri successfully save their children and eliminate four soldiers from a group of six. However, during the extraction scene, all six soldiers reappear.
Suggested correction: The point is, they are not just six, they are (I think 12 in total)... Lo'ak doesn't sport the second group, which is why he miscounts them as "only six."
Continuity mistake: When Daniel Radcliffe presents a special item he has put on white gloves, then a second later his gloves disappear. He no longer handles the item with gloves throughout the rest of the movie.
Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the movie, after the baseball game they go to the blue Chevy truck. One scene shows the blue truck with wheels from a Toyota Tacoma, then seconds later shows a different set of wheels on it.
Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the movie, Malcolm, Grant, Ellie, and Maisie are in a Jeep that tumbles down a hill. As it is tumbling, an impact extinguishes the headlights and interior lights. However, as the Jeep comes to rest at the bottom of the hill, the lights are back on. Continuity mistake: In the final battle, Kevin (as a rabbit) runs up a wall and smashes his foot into tiger Svengeance's head. Svengeance's helmet is not on his head in this shot, but in the very next shot his helmet is back on.

Continuity mistake: In Riri Williams' dorm room, the number of braids hanging over her shoulder changes frequently while Riri and Shuri are talking.
Continuity mistake: The instructions Evelyn is given had two copies created for the film - the handwriting and circling of the numbers change between shots when she's reading them in the IRS office. Notably the first time we see the instructions it says "don't forget to breath" at the bottom, then later that's changed to "breathe" as it should be. Although interestingly that change is the only one on that version of the notes, implying someone caught the grammatical error during filming and added the "E."
Continuity mistake: The group come across an outpost only to find the person inside having been brutally killed and skinned by Indians. A shot from the door shows Will sitting on his horse hunched over, staring into the cabin in shock. When the camera cuts to a close-up of him, his body is now at a different angle, his arms are in a slightly different position, and the light is hitting his coat and hat from a different angle. Continuity mistake: Ava sees the stack of mail on the table. She sweeps her hand (fingertips and envelopes are off-screen), as she slides the top envelope closer. Ava picks up the top envelope, as if her hand sweep does not move any of the envelopes (and serves no purpose). (00:05:48)
Continuity mistake: The man picks up his duffel bag and swings it over his shoulder, but does not use its strap. He runs through the woods, and the strap is over his shoulder. Just before he runs onto the beach, he swings his bag over his shoulder, as if he does not use the shoulder strap in the woods. (00:01:40)
Continuity mistake: Virgil is speared on the left side of his body by a dead tree limb, but after he crawls to the gold and turns onto his back, the spear is on his right side. He eventually pulls it out of his left side. (01:16:28 - 01:17:38)
Continuity mistake: The wrapped Christmas presents set near the airplane's tail are stacked differently in the before and after views of Ben's arms in the storage compartment. The gold package that is on top is missing and the larger green package on the ground is angled away from the others. Later, the green package is aligned with and touching the lower gold package. Continuity mistake: When Private Connors got out of the front passenger side of the truck, there were no orange "cones" visible in front of the truck, but there was a toppled one after a camera shift that should have been visible earlier. Also, there was a toppled orange cone and an upright one behind the truck, which were not there when the truck was approaching that spot on the road (and would have smashed both had they been there when driving through that section of the road).
